Woman with brown/gray hair and 15 year mark on her Walmart name tag in returns is doing a fabulous job. Spent 45 mins with my trying to figure out a problem after I had lost a receipt. Unfortunately couldn’t complete the return but that’s on me. Really great customer service.

Went to the check out n they watch you like ur gonna steal their products. Makes you feel super uncomfortable, get rid of the self check outside n bring back the people that check out for you! I hate going there now because of it and it looks ghetto on the inside. Miss the old walmart

I have always a great experience shopping with this Walmart. I had to have a prescription transferred to this Walmart from another state and the pharmacy employee was very helpful with having my prescription filled and ready when I arrived. I have ordered Walmart delivery multiple times and my order was always correct and delivered on time and often times before the expected arrival date. I wish more Walmarts had as great customer service as this one!

Why doesn't this Walmart accept Venmo, in a city like Green Bay? It sure is embarrassing to have groceries, get to the front, and then have to fight with technology for a half hour because neither Venmo nor Google Pay work! The associates were really nice, helpful, and patient, though.
