Placed an order at the store, which was quite busy. Didn’t expect food to be ready very quickly. After waiting for about 20-30 minutes, I was shocked when the apparent manage came to the counter and loudly began to scold customers ordering in person for not using the app… he then stated that anyone who uses the app will “get there food so much faster, 5-10 minutes, but if you order here 45 minutes to an hr”…. In the service industry, tickets are fulfilled in the order they are received not ignored for other customers placing orders after them. I then waited 20 more minutes and finally got the food. Restaurant was dirty. And would it kill the employees to actually announce people’s names in an audible manner when there orders are up instead of shoving bags in peoples faces for them to read names on tickets to see if it’s their order. Also witnessed the apparent manage hold a ticket in his teeth, then take it out and hold it with his hands, then put it back in his teeth, then work with food.Overall just a weird and unpleasant experience.

They are often busy on any given evening, but there’s a good reason, the wings are great! The owner is super kind every time I come in, and I certainly recommend wingstop and if you haven’t been here (or even if you have)!

Slowest service ever! Ordered online and food was supposed to take 15 minutes. Waited 50 minutes for our order to be ready.

First time ever trying wingstop. I've heard great things but this location does not represent well at all. Ate in during lunch time, store was busy but not swamped, My food came out lukewarm at best, fries were super salty, sauces were bland and not enjoyable, prices were reasonable and the wings were sauced well but that's the nicest things I can say. The restaurant was dirty, crowded, and was unappealing. Will not return to this store.Parking: Personak vehicles only, no trucks or trailers.

Indian worker lady was extremely rude. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. saw similar reviews about her and i think she should learn to be nice or get a new job. never coming here again.

I love coming here, the wings are always tasty and cooked properly unlike Buffalo Wild Wings where they're cold, hard, dry and overcooked every single time. The sauces are also really good as well as the chicken sandwiches, but my go-to is always the bone in wings. A great Indian family owns this restaurant and they work really hard.

Ordered online and arrived 20 minutes after ordering online and waited 45mins to an hour. Asked for refund after waiting so long and they said ok but then said the manager would issue the refund the next morning but never did. Also the man working said “if you would’ve waited 1 more minute you would’ve got your food.” Doubt it. Horrible customer service always a long wait and unhappy and rude to customers.

Finshed a late shift at work and ordered wings for take out an hour and 15 minutes before the store closed. Picked up the food and when I got home none of the wings were sauced. I was given a side of one sauce. The wings I ordered that were supposed to have a dry rub seasoning on them instead I was given these (see picture). Not sure what it is, I can only guess its a butter/margarine substitute with the seasoning put in it. Tasted like fake butter with a small amount of seasoning flavor. I can only assume that the store didn't want to dirty a bowl to toss my wings. Pretty bad for the amount Wing Stop charges for wings. Watch out this store cuts corners. This will be the last time I order.

Terrible service, the lady who mainly runs this WINGSTOP is always very unhappy and not very polite. Came in this wingstop several times and always being treated the same unfortunately. The food is amazing though but they need to hire a better manger. Me and my friend once came in about an half hour before they closed and was told to leave because they weren’t doing orders only online and we suggested for us to make an online order and she refused to fulfill our request.

Best. Wings. Ever. And the owner is SO KIND. You know what’s wild? He’s a vegetarian! And the wings are somehow still phenomenal! There’s a reason they are constantly busy. I don’t know how they keep up with the demand, but they do!
