Won’t buy anything from these dip wads just because of their awful commercials

Looking for a 3/4 ton truck but will never buy from Witt. The sceaming and yelling in the recent commercial is a huge turn off not to mention the other commercials that are idiotic. Time to get a new person to dream up ways to sell vehicles.

Commercials are just plain idiotic. I'm in the market to trade my Edge in, but never would I trust this lack of intelligence.

I see the TV commercials and they are so childish. I can't see myself dealing with kids.

I traded my 2010 Escape in on a 2017 Ford Edge. Witt auto refused to replace the long tail light which holds moisture. They poked a pinhole in it but that made it worse. Also, there was a brake issue and instead of getting an actual brake job completed in the car they had a mechanic fix one front brake putting a small piece back on. Also, the rear tire has a plug in the sidewall. I love the car but who sells an expensive vehicle like that and doesn't ensure the vehicle is in safe and great condition? Witt auto is not a trustworthy place to buy a vehicle. And they don't fix anything in their vehicles. They obviously only care about getting your money. Pass this on!

Fool me once, I will never be back and leave an honest review so others don't suffer my misfortune. I purchased what I thought was going to be a great car, one owner and decent mileage and year. It was a little overpriced but the market was terrible and my car had over 200k miles on it.I have had nothing but trouble with this car, the only positive being it was still under factory warranty. I had asked Witt what to do when the check engine light came on less than a month after purchase and they told me to go to a dealership, they couldn't do anything. Red flag.We decided to trade it in due to the constant issues and to my surprise it was in a SEVERE accident prior to my purchase that was not disclosed to me. Yes, I was naive enough that I didn't ask for a car fax or if it had been in an accident before because I trusted that would be mentioned. Because it was repaired and the title cleared, they weren't required to disclose it. My trade was low in value compared to what it should have been and I owe more on it then I should. My stupidity, my loss.Learn from my mistake and shop elsewhere, don't trust these guys or DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!!!Don't count on them to be honest with you.

they will over charge you do your homework before shopping here, especially if they are having a sale week that is not an actual sale. They jack the prices up $5,000 to $10,000 per vehicle. The gypsums will make it sound good, and god bless you if you do purchase from here because you'll have nothing but problems with your vehicle and never purchase the Witt lifetime warranty's they are bs.

Witt ford Pulaski is the worst dealership I have ever purchased from. Owned vehicle less 4 months and put on less than 2200 miles. Paid for extended warranty. There are issues that they stated but did nothing to fix it. On top of that they charged me 67$ to look at breaks. I have called few times and emailed once. No response. If this is the way they treat a customer after purchasing a 25000$ vehicle they should not be on business. I recommend Dorsch, Bergstrom, or Broadway before buying from Witt.

I really wasn't looking for a car, though with dealing with the multiple sclerosis I wasn't being truthful with myself that I was having issues getting in & out of my vehicle that I had before. I met Jessie & George, they were very professional, not pushy, very easy to talk to. I did end up getting a different car that is easier to get into and was a good price after trade in.

Just don’t do it! Many issues, check engine light on the day I drove it home and they made it Chevy’s issue since I had a warranty. The car was not detailed or cleaned. Sold two cars to them and they sold me a lemon that has been in the repair shop more than my house. They definitely just want the money. Just go somewhere else.
