This place is a joke... they sold my wife a diamond bracelet with a "lifetime" warranty. Once the bracelet broke we were told it couldn't be repaired or replaced and we would have to purchase a different piece of equal or greater value and pay the difference along with another "lifetime" warranty. We didnt want a different piece of jewelry, we wanted the piece we paid for. The store manager was extremely rude. I asked to speak with district manager and her response was "not going to happen." We were promised responses within 2 weeks for certain answers and never received any call backs. We ultimately got stuck with a piece of jewelry that my wife or I are not satisfied with. We accepted it so we could just be done with zales. They actually tried to force us to buy another protection plan on the different piece. We weren't satisfied with the first protection plan, why the hell would we purchase another? Don't do business with this place unless you don't mind being juked, played and ripped off. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Tammy at the Bay Park Square location went above and beyond to help me with a recurrent issue involving my wedding set. She was attentive to details and the problem. She quickly found a solution & worked with the Repair team to fix my ring, that I was told was not able to be fixed just in time for us to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Best gift ever from one of your top notch employees!

The have the best selection of ring. I bought my husband a new wedding ring because his finally wore too thin and broke losing the diamond. I found the perfect ring for him. When it came in, it looked just like the ring in the showcase, and it fit him exactly how they measured his finger. 10 stars.

Tami from the Green Bay Zales was amazing throughout my buying experience. She patiently worked with me to try on (so many!) rings until we found the one that was just right. Due to an issue with my trade-in, she spent 2 hours on the phone with different Zales contacts on a Saturday to make the purchase happen because she didn't want me to have to go home without my new ring. I am a very happy Zales customer!

Computer systems are never up to date. Never able to find my information whenever I get my ring looked at. Bought around 10 years ago. Warenty covers ring only if looked a yearly however if I don’t bring my paperwork with nothing gets documented. How do we need paper copies in this day and age? Ridiculous. Also needed a back for a pair of earring purchased there and they were going to charge $20 just for a back. Hell no, this should be a curtesy. Customer service is lacking and could be because systems are from the 1970’s.

As always, Zales had friendly associates who were always helpful and willing to answer jewelry questions.I always find something to get my wife when I visit.They do carry some Disney Collection jewelry.I recommend buying from Zales.

I have always had a positive experience here. I've been visiting off and on since 2019 for warranties, purchases etc. Today my visit was more challenging. A diamond bracelet I owned with a warranty, did not have a diamond bond number assigned to it. This caused a miscommunication between myself, the customer service/corporate phone team, and the in-store team. Thankfully Michele S. came to the rescue! The entire process took roughly an hour. She gave me consistent updates, reassured me of what was to be expected and remained patient with me as I explained my concerns. I was able to leave today with a smile on my face and now I feel I can actually wear this bracelet without any worry! Interactions like this are the reason I keep coming here, I will be a lifetime Zales customer thanks to this wonderful team.

My now fiancée and I went into Zales just to look at rings. The man we worked with was extremely helpful and patient; which I feel speaks volumes because I am very undeceive when it comes to big purchases. He had no problems letting me try on every ring and suggesting rings that I may like as well. He also made sure to tell us when a ring we were looking at were on clearance. I went in planning on a victorian, a Jasmine, or Arial style ring. He suggested I try on the Aladdin ring and after he saw my eyes light up and heard my now fiancée’s and his daughter’s reaction when we saw it on my finger, he informed us it was on clearance. He also explained what our options would be in the future and the insurance policy to us and made sure we understood all the requirements for everything to be covered.My ring is so beautiful, I am so glad he suggest I tried it on.He was even patient when my fiancée wanted to try on mens rings. We were trying to find something that matched my ring and and his personality.He also told my fiancée about the upcoming event they will be having where he can bring in his grandmothers ring and have it reset.

Nothing but issues and excuses.Bought a ring there 2 months ago, diamonds keep falling out, brought in 4 times now for replacement, get ring back, either damaged more, or losing diamonds a day later again.Finally said heck with it, go in for a return, of course they don't have enough cash to do a return. ?Offer a check, which takes 2+ weeks. Then the young brunette lady with black mask has the audacity to give me attitude. Poor customer service, poor quality of merchandise...just an all around poor experience. Definitely going elsewhere next time for any jewelry.

2 women working; the first, who appeared to be in charge, was very loud and boisterous and totally involved herself with two people who were together. It was as if she was "falling all over herself to please them"..."I can sell you that... I can make that happen... what you need is a gold and silver diamond necklace...you need a jewelry carrier, I can give you this one for a donation..." And on and on. Meanwhile, the other poor salesperson is telling 4 other customers, including us, that she's sorry for the delay. And she proceeded to take care of all of us while that other one yakked away. Very unprofessional! We've always been satisfied with Zales before, but this was a bad experience.
