I’m writing to share an ongoing concern regarding one of the employees at your South Ridge location—Victoria. As a regular customer who frequently visits the store with my daughter, I’ve noticed that since Victoria began working there, the atmosphere has noticeably changed for the worse.
Victoria consistently comes across as aggressive and unapproachable. Her tone and demeanor when speaking to customers are often rude and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this has had a real impact on our experience—we now find ourselves avoiding the store entirely when we see that she is working, just to steer clear of the unpleasant interactions.
I believe in giving people a chance to improve, and I hope this feedback can be used constructively. I strongly encourage whoever oversees this location—whether it’s the store or regional manager—to retrain or coach Victoria on professional and respectful customer service practices. It would make a significant difference for customers like myself who genuinely enjoy visiting the store but feel alienated by her behavio

i just want to recognize one worker and her name was mya she has glasses and black hair, she was so nice and very very helpful when needed!! i will definitely be coming back her help was greatly appreciated :)

The staff are always busy and always nice. The fitting rooms they lock so you gotta ask and there's always staff on the floor unlike some other places where you have to search for people. Decent selection and lots of deals and sales

Very helpful employee. My daughter and I went in on a busy Saturday and the employee, a middle aged woman, overheard me tell my daughter they didn't have something. She stepped right over, asked if we were finding everything ok. I told her what we were looking for and she checked in back, came back and offered a lot of one on one assistance. We'll def be back bc of this awesome customer service and good deals.

Employee was rude. Took perfume from specific price section but when billing, it was showing different price. When asked to help and match from showing price in shelf, never came and he showed from billing counter toward shelf, it is correct thought store was empty, no other customer. Need better support staffs.

So tired of outdoor destination shopping malls (or plazas) that are not in SoCal! I don't want to stress a out parking or the weather. So moving to MKE and I find this. WOOT! What is not to like? An Arcade, a food court, an actual book store??? And climate controlled to boot? I AM IN! Bring back the era of the indoor mall!
