I went in extremely frustrated after numerous terrible customer service interactions with AT&T Corporate, regarding a recent seven phone upgrade. After two weeks of zero answers from AT&T, I sat down with Kailey and she took the time to resolve the issues with my order. She was patient and understanding and kind. She went above and beyond and offered a kind of customer service I find to be quite rare these days. I’d recommend this AT&T location to anyone. Thank You!

I will like to thank Kailey Tirado for all the help she was awesome, I came in with a issue and was a little irritated at the time, but her and another young lady by the name of Victoria Gonzalez did everything they could to make sure I walked out smiling ???

Had a great customer service experience with the staff at this location. As an AT&T Business customer our wireless plans are essential to our operations. Kailey and Victoria went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and efficient. They were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great working with the team at this location. Blistering with the suffering of a thousand hells, our world was festering amid the excruciating agony that is getting Samsung to uphold their manufacturer’s warranty. Samsung’s customer service had ruthlessly slaughtered any hope of resolution in its relentless thirst for human misery. Drowning in a cacophony of demonic customer service robots, all hope had long been obliterated.Until Victoria.Like a divine being transcending from the heavens, Victoria appeared before us, a beacon radiating with optimism and comfort against the sharp fluorescent lights of AT&T’s Greenfield Location. Her understanding and willingness to walk us through every possible path to circumvent Samsung’s labyrinthian warranty hellscape was nothing short of heroic. Victoria was the Daedalus to our Theseus, securing our safe passage around Samsung, giving us a course of action that simultaneously got us a new phone to replace our broken one AND lowered our overall monthly bill.While Samsung remains a scourge upon mankind, Victoria solved our problem and saved us additional money with an exceptional level of kindness, understanding, and knowledgeability. 10/10 would recommend

Victoria at the Greenfield location was great! I was unfamiliar with the plan options and she expertly guided me in the right direction to choose the best plan for my family. She patiently answered all our questions and helped us pick new accessories, transfer data, and even applied our new screen protectors. Victoria was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Came in with my parents to switch my Mom over to our phone plan and trade in her phone. We worked with Kailey T. Kailey was very sweet, patient and knowledgeable. It was a very smooth transition and I really appreciated Kailey's kindness! Thank you so much for the great customer service.

Was completely SCAMMED, came into the store to upgrade my phone and switch onto my husbands account who is an AT&T EMPLOYEE. Told us if we added this Samsung phone onto our line it would cost $2 a month and phone was free. Was told increasing number of lines would decrease our overall bill on all phones. NOPE, not only did we NOT get the phone for free the line costs $35 a month and she snuck in insurance on my new phone which I specifically asked NOT to include. AT&T is not only scamming customers but their OWN employees. Absolutely absurd. DO NOT AGREE TO ANY PROMOTIONS. They are lying to make commissions. PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED LIKE WE WERE!

Absolute dirt ball store. Was there with my dad and and they took 2hrs plus to do a trade up and after telling us air pods came with the new iPhones and that our trade ins were valued well but said it would take 6mo to show up on the bill att now is telling me that they valued our trades at $0 and charged us full price for phones, air pods and watches which also supposedly were buy one get one. I have to now go to this store and fight to get our money or something back because this is absolutely disgusting

The associate Erubiel stayed over an hour to help my family get a phone plan &was patient with our kids as well. We even came back 2weeks later and he had a backpack we had forgot! Great customer service&integrity.

Erubiel was our salesman yesterday, he displayed alot of good knowledge and was very polite, he helped answer any questions we had and was able to sell us on a galaxy s23 ultra. He even went out of the way and help my dad with the AT&T app that we have had no idea how to use. Thanks Again
