I came to this Store to change my phone carrier into ATT. The Salesman was so slow, I was there before some other people, I patiently waited, he was just asked me to kept waiting then he helped the people which was behind me which was upgrading their phone. I felt so disqualified and racism for the service.

I had the BEST experience at this store! I would score higher than 5-star if I could. Mohamed was professional, courteous, easy to talk to, and helped me with everything I needed to accomplish. He worked with me to activate my new phone and port my previous phone information. He helped me with the accessories I needed and answered my questions (even an app I had questions about!! Completely Over and Above!). Most of all, he listened when I told him about the terrible experience I had with the management at the New Berlin store. This is true customer service & because of him, this is my new store!

Very helpful from the moment we walked in. Told us about deals we didn't even know about when we came in and saved us money without it even being a question. So happy to have a location closer to me with a helpful friendly staff.

Don't go to this location. They will add additional charges to your bill like the NEXTPlan and insurance after you specifically told them not to. Now I have to deal with Customer Service to get it removed and possibly my money back for those charges
