The customer service here is good but I moved here almost a year ago and this atm has NEVER successfully done a deposit for me, I work odd hours so sometimes I can’t make it to the bank for a while and I always see them servicing it but it never works

From Gloria Bins - always a day brightener for me to bank in person at my BMO. Fast and friendly tellers greet me by name, and we usually share a laugh over something! I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else after all these years.

Had an account with BMO for 30 days before they closed both my checking and savings account. I was told i needed to provided signature cards which i did but then found out after they closed the account that they wanted employer info. How a bank cannot contact you, provide you these forms or notice while at the branch things are needed to avoid closure is beyond me. On top of all this they mailed me checks for my funds effectively leaving me with no money until the checks are received. The branch offered to reopen my account once these funds are received as if i'd ever do business with BMO again

One of the worst bank experiences I have ever had. How can a "trusted" bank double deduct your account when you take cash out of your own account. It is Saturday and can't do anything due to one brainless employee. I have contacted this branch and customer service and they can not do anything since it's Saturday. I will be looking for a different bank one this is straightened out. Due to their mistake it could take till Monday or up to 3 days the get this resolve. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY. AS YOU CAN SEE I DID SND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED!!!

I miss Roslyn but Chris is still there. The new manager is very friendly and makes sure you're ready before you get to the tellers or bankers. They are very fast and very nice people who are knowledgeable in every aspect of the business. They always figure out how to solve any situation and are very sympathetic when you have an issue. Keep it up guys, you're doing great.

Horrible company, clueless employees. Careful they may "lose" your account.
