Your typical teen store at the local mall Customer service is okay since the store is run by college and high school students All the clothing and accessories that a teen might want but has very expensive price tags unless you can "catch a sale"

Very unprofessional employees you have at this store went to buy some hey dudes but after walking in the store and walking by not one but 2 employees giving me the stare down, and not bothering to say hi how can I help you or anything I walked out! If You’re not going to greet your customers then you’re in the wrong business!

I shop occasionally at this store, and this particular day the staff were extremely disrespectful! They catered to all the other customers, except me. And when they finally did try to help me it was a, “wassup?”or “what do you need?” As I was beginning to purchase my items, the sales associate was totally focused on helping another customer that he made no conversion with me. The manager that was in charge that day simply said, “I have to make sure this project gets done.” Using this sorry excuse as a way to say her customers or certain customers are not important. I demanded a refund after putting up with this horrible service. As I was doing the refund, the sales associate threw the pen at me to sign. No apology or solution was given after all of this. I recommend that you do not spend your hard earned money on the over priced items in the store or put up with horrible service.

I am so disappointed at how I was treated today as I shopped at the Buckle Southridge store in Wisconsin. I entered the store and was not greeted by staff, as I continued to shop , I overheard staff greeting other customers and asking if the needed assistance. I continued to shop and even took a few items to the dressing room to try on , as I left the dressing room, nobody asked If I needed assistance or was anything ok. So I kept going and approached the register to purchase a few items. The sales associate Zac greeted me by saying wassp ? As he wore his baseball hat to the back. Zac began to ringing up my items, another customer approached Zac, and he began having a side conversation, totally ignoring me as if I was not a customer. I demanded a full refund and brought this information to the manager Tory in the store who’s response was “ I’m sorry I didn’t speak to you guys , I thought I did’??? As I continued my refund process with Zac , he asked me to sign a receipt and threw the pen on the counter rudely. I asked him why did he feel the need to throw a pen at me, he said, “I didn’t, I put the pen down.” I think both need to be immediately taken out of the customer service role and retrained to meet the needs of all customers. No matter there Race, Religion or Sex. Please don’t shop with this store Black people they clearly don’t appreciate our business.

Staff was a great help. Went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Huge selection of clothing for men and women along with a good variety of shoes. If you are in southridge mall I would recommend checking this place out. You will find something you like.

I moved out of state and can't ever find jeans that fit.... Went to the buckle (not anywhere near where I moved) I Milwaukee and had the best experience. Just go here, tell em what you want and they got you.
