I recently visited as a customer to shop with my mother and being a part-time employee of the company I went to use my employee discount & the manager denied my credentials after showing them to the team member at the register then being told “I don’t feel comfortable servicing you” & used a very belittling and arrogant tone & manner towards my mother & I. She was so obnoxiously unprofessional the customers behind us in line left the store while expressing to us they also experienced this type of behavior with this manager on duty.

Had the Most Uncomfortable and Very Difficult Time With a manager at this footlocker.
My Daughter is a part time employee at a different foot locker so she always allows me to use her swipe. Mind you we’ve Never had a problem at Bayshore foot locker, Mayfair foot locker regarding me, her own Mother to use her swipe, the manager tells my daughter she can’t use my email due to the FLX points and how that’s not allowed.
My daughter simply says huh? We’re not using FLX Points and that she’s just trying to allow me to get her employee discount nothing more nothing less… The manager proceeds to ask what footlocker location does she work at and who is her manager at the location?
Gets on the phone With one of the managers at my daughters Location of employment proceeded to talk very loud, embarrassed the hell out of me At this point, I’m just like I don’t even want the discount, my daughter is just simply trying to understand what to do from because we’ve always used my email that has FLX points on it that we weren’t trying to use at that point of time just the employee discount, she refused to ring me up and give me my daughter’s employee discount.
Mind you there’s customers that are now walking off behind us coincidentally when we were walking out of Foot Locker, the woman stops us and says I had to cuss that same lady out back during Christmas the lady gave us her name and everything and low and behold, That was the same manager Michelle that refused to ring me up.
I will never go to that location again. She made us feel like we were the problem and all we were trying to do was purchase my shoes and use my daughter’s swipe.

At first, I went to champs and they didn’t even greet me so I went down to footlocker immediately was greeted and helped out. They had just gotten a new shipment was my size and the shoe I wanted and they went out of their way to make sure they could find the right one excellent service excellent experience cleanliness on point I recommend coming here over champs any day

My shopping intentions for this evening was to purchase at Journey’s Kidz. However, due to lack of customer service I stopped by Foot Locker. When I entered Foot Locker I was warmly greeted by three (3) sales associates. I perused the store and found a shoe I wasn’t even considering. The young lady who helped me was very courteous and efficient. Honestly, they all made my shopping easy whereas I was willing to purchase another item. Sadly, the item was not in stock. The manager came out and greeted me as well. I was grateful for the service received this evening. From entering and upon leaving, I was acknowledged. I do want to point out that looking for great service you as the consumer have to be pleasant as well. It makes the experience so much better. It only takes one (1) smile or grand gesture to add value to someone’s day! The entire team at Foot Locker definitely checked the “E’s” in customer service; Easy, Efficient, and Exceptional! I highly recommend this store and will stop BUY in the near future!

I've never been to Footlocker because sneakers aren't my thing. Hell, shopping at malls isn't my thing either. I was quickly reminded why I don't shop at malls. I went in today with my little cousin, who loves sneakers. I kid you not about 1min of browsing this lady starts following us. It wasn't until I made eye contact with her when she said something. For some reason, I feel like I have to get dressed up just to go shopping so I don't get mistaken for a convict. After I explained to the lady we were just looking, this lady was still following us.

Love the selection of new items, new prints and new colors of clothing and shoes! Store was super busy but everything was still organized and the line went quick.
