I'm so mad that I trusted what she was saying and I left. I went into the store today and I bought two pairs of pajama pants that state buy one get one for $10. If you look at my receipt it absolutely does not look like I got charged $10 for the other pair. To make matters worse the other pair said it was for $20 so I shouldn't have paid more than 30 right well I paid like 40 something dollars. Complete disappointment. Then she told me that she would price match a purse for me and it looks like she might have answered it but then below it there was another charge for $8. So she pretty much charged me the amount and then added a difference. Maybe not full price but definitely not price matched. To their website FYI. I mean this really just took me... Now everywhere you go you have to watch what you're being charged what your receipt looks like and what you're paying out because something in the mix might not be what it's supposed to be. People are having it so bad these days that they're robbing people if you're not looking and checking twice. I will never go into that store again. And if for some stupid reason I do I'm going to make sure to look at my shit before I leave.

Customer service was horrible , lady in glasses had very strong attitude, was rushing my transaction. Didn’t greet me properly, gave her the benefit the doubt and still proceeded to have an attitude. Hire people want to work.

Manager got very condescending when I asked a simple question. I tried to walk out and made a comment about it being annoying to my partner and she acted like I'd shouted it and ran to the front of the store to yell at me. Will never be shopping at this location again.

Very good deals and the funko pop selection is constantly being updated to keep the new series coming in on time and usually earlier than other places.

This Hot Topic is very hit and miss. Sometimes, the experience is great for shopping and I'm able to find something quickly for a great price and meet friendly staff who want to discuss music and gaming. Other times I'm dealing with associates who are upset I have the audacity to exist and use Hot Cash while shopping. I'm noticing that the store is consistently understaffed and have even been around the store only to find it was closed on a random Sunday.One big issue in recent years is that the store is really cramped. My mom has claustrophobia and refuses to go into the store with me because she feels like she can't breathe with how compact everything is and how it's hard to even walk to the back of the store without bumping into someone. They really need to fix the layout of the store.I feel that with a little more investment in the store and in some training for employees this store could be a lot better, but I still recommend it for the harder to find merch and accessories.

I bought some stickers and the cashier Jostine asked me if I wanted to sign up and become a member. I declined but she kept being persistent and was trying to change my mind. I had to say "no" 4-5 times before she would give up. She was becoming increasingly rude about it and showed how irritated she was that I didnt want to sign up. She was frowning at me and her voice became sharp with me. Im never shopping at ANY Hot Topic again.

Couldn't find any rainbow stripe over the knee socks to replace the ones I have but picked up 2 dbz shirts. I'll try another store or come back another time to see if they come back in stock.
