Yall need to give liddy a raise. She always there no excuses. She’s a huge help and always takes pride in her work. Not many ppl can keep that kind of composure always being at work. Take pride in your employee and give her a raise. Great workers are hard to come by and keep.

I wanted a certain hat with the curved brim and they didn't have one so they actually made one by steaming one of the flat ones into the curved shape. Going beyond the call which was great

It’s soooooo MUCH I can say about this storeI LOVE? it???Lids; is one of those Stores?that helps brighten up a Bad Day? for Me…IWhen I say what I’m about to say; Some of u that’s reading this review might not understand where I coming from…When I go shop at Lids; it’s so Therapeutic to My SOUL? I’m a VERY BIG SPORTS FAN?So I get what I come to get; it makes Me happy; like a lil Kid??in a Candy??StoreI LOVE?My Hats? My Basketball?jersey, My T-Shirts etc etc…I shop at Lids so much that they sign Me to a Contract deal?or make Me an Ambassador of Lids???SideNote; I gave Lids only for 4 Stars⭐️ is because; EVERY time I come into the store and store for a New Basketball or FootballT-Shirt Jersey that I don’t have already, they NEVER have My size??♂️?

I had an questionable experience atLids. I was purchasing a hat that had a sticker for $10 on it and the employee wouldn't sell it to me for $10 because it came up on the system as $36. She tried to give an excuse and yet I countered with "There is a $10 sticker on it so it should be $10". Honor the price tag or not?
