Save yourself the grief withdraw your money immediately and go to a more competent bank as soon as you can. These people are absolutely clueless, contradict themselves constantly, and then feel confident in their answers that don’t make any sense. Completely useless set of people. You’d be better off using a piggy bank! At least the piggy bank can accurately keep track of your money And you can take it out/put it in without issues. You just lost two customers and best believe we’re gonna tell everyone we know to stay far and clear from this Nightmare of a bank.

Without fail, this branch has amazing employees from the manager to all the tellers and advisors. Without exception, they are always welcoming, pleasant, informative and accurate. They *want* to provide their customers with top notch customer service —and they do. Special shout out to Morgan, who is incredible at the drive through. I have never seen her without a bright smile and helpful attitude, no matter how long the line is. She performs her job flawlessly. Morgan exemplifies what excellent customer service looks like each and every day: .She is an asset to the PNC organization.

When their ATM sent out the $20's, one was missing most of the left corner. Because it was a Sunday, all I could do was show it to the camera that monitors the ATM area. Trying to deposit that $20 at a credit union was a hassle and they refused to accept it.

Wait time for customer service is incredibly long. Had an issue with a check that PNC would not deposit but deposited the same type of check in the past with no issues. Was told it was the atm, then told it was the check itself. Someone else said it was unreadable although it was typed. Etc…..I received different stories as to why from different people. Manager knew issue was time sensitive. Was hung up by associate when I asked her to stay in the line to confirm with customer service what she told me. Spent hours on the phone to resolve issue — most of which was spent on hold and just get another different answer from someone else. No call back option anymore from customer service so you are at their mercy during a work day. Still waiting for an email from manager so I can have something in writing to explain how a check can be cashed to pay a bill. Not at all how I want to be treated from an institution that holds my money. Will be changing banks. If I could rate lower than a 1 I would.
