Went in to exchange a cable box, and there was no line. Asked the guy (Bapo) at the desk if I needed to sign in since he was just sitting and he goes “well I’m not done” and storms into the back room. Took his sweet time coming out and had the personality of a wet dish rag. So rude. Will avoid this location if I need to visit a store in the future

So been a customer of spectrum for 8 years. When you Google how to get better pricing? It says call and ask. I was told to drop the cost of my bill so when I asked them how much it would be to just start a new account as a promotional new customer for the better price. They told me I'm not allowed to do that. Because I was authorized on someone else's account now. Instantaneously became aggressive, kept trying to upsell everything, including trying to get us to switch our phone service or streaming services and get cable and internet back, which is a dead thing. Now this is an update. I pay for the 500 Mbs speed. From spectrum, they told me they could get me 300 m b s for sixty dollars a month When your direct competitor offers the same speed for forty five.

We had an exceptional experience with Tommy. He switched our service for us and saved us money. He is efficient, experienced and very kind. While we were there, another customer who he helped yesterday came in just to give him a gc for lunch for his help. Tommy deserves a raise!

PSA SPECTRUM IS NOT LOCATED INSIDE THE MALL. Spectrum is located next to TJ Maxx on the exterior of the building near Food Court. Hope this helps and saves people a lot of time.

Terrible service. Rep was insisting that I call in and deliver the old equipment to UPS instead of there at the store. So there is no purpose in going to the store. Very rude rep.

Fantastic staff in the store. Sean Outlaw is my hero! Infinite patience. Store manager Jose is like the Wizard of Oz, he’s does great things but question if he exists because he’s in the back room all the time. Spectrums telephone support not so much. Their goal is transfer you between their many departments…“billing””technical support””activations” “retentions”and finally my favorite “escalations” to try to get you to you tap out before they actually DO anything. They “lost” the iPhone I mailed with their own shipping label in their warehouse in Texas. Finally 7 1/2 weeks later, after countless hours of phone calls, many of which ended with me hanging up in disgust, their “escalations”department allowed me to do their work giving them the “lost” iphones IMEI, SKU, Account number, my new phone number, my old phone number, my Email, etc. etc. and Wela they aka “I” found my phone! I could find a kidney donor quicker than the specimens at spectrum could do a phone return!

I came in to drop off a wifi box, I saw they were busy so I checked in and sat down. But as I waited patiently, they attended two people who arrived after me. One family and another man because he was upset he had to wait. Not a sorry for the wait nothing, or greeting the people as they come in to tell them there is a line. I’m not one to complain but I waited over 45 minutes patiently and was just there for a 5 minute interaction.

When I switched my carriers to this one I got the help I needed and the staff worked with me to get the service I need. Their promotional rates are by far one of the best and they don't focus on bundling TV anymore.
