I usually don’t write reviews but I had such a great experience at this location! The store manager Melissa was extremely polite and patient with me, I had so many questions and she answered them all! She seemed to know the products really well. It’s so hard to find great customer service nowadays so that’s why I felt the need to write this review. I’ll definitely frequent this location more often.

Stopped in at the Sprint at Southridge mall just because I had a few questions on my bill. Brooklyn looked over my bill with me and explained each charge and also gave me options for what I could do to save money and all of the discounts I qualified for! Much appreciated! This will be my new sprint location.

Had a wonderful experience at Sprint! Thanks to Melissa, I was able to get a new Samsung Galaxy A50, a complimentary screen protector and even a case. I was only planning on getting a new phone, but she convinced me otherwise. This will gladly be my new go-to Sprint store.

I’ve had sprint for years, service wise, it’s improving, that’s why I’ve stayed. Recently, Tamara and her team at southridge we’re so helpful when my Iphone went black and wouldn’t turn on for two days. Not only did they turn on my phone, and save majority of my photos and contacts, but upgraded me right there! Thank you!!!

All the employees were more concerned about their phones than they were of me, they never took their airpods out. Terrible customer service when they could be bothered to say two words to me they were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a manager it took an excessive amount of time to actually get ahold of them. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant and upsetting. Needless to say they have lost my business permanently, and I will be strongly recommend everyone else go elsewhere..

Switched over to spectrum cable and internet. I had time warner internet. They charged me a 9.99 fee for installing MY OWN CABLE BOX. Shouldn't I be charging them. They also charged me a fee of 9.99 to activate my internet. I ALREADY HAD INTERNET SERVICE!!! The cherry on top is that my DVR BOX ISNT WORKING AND I JUST GOT IT!!!! Total BS!

I have had nothing but problems with Spectrum. Issues with equipment and service. I finally switched to AT&T and am so much more happy. After the cable TV wasn't working correctly for 2 months they offered me a credit of $25 but my normal bill was $230 a month for phone, internet, and tv. So glad I cut their cable!

Horrible customer service. The main customer service number scheduled an appointment here for a time they were closed. When I arrived and asked them why they would do that, I got brushed off. He gave me my equipment with no explanation
