Went into the dealership looking for the new Pilot. Our sales person Isaiah Ihrcke was very professional made sure we knew all the features of the car, answered all of our questions and stream lined the financing so we were ready to sign when we got to the dealership. Isaiah made sure the car was detailed and we were satisfied how it was before we took it home. Thank you Rosen and Isaiah for a stressless experience.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I've leased two cars through this company. I got several calls from Rosen Honda begging to buy me out of my current lease. I'm talking nonstop calls and emails. Finally, I responded and Rosen Honda told me they were desperate for Honda Civics. I asked them several times if the offer was concrete as I did not want to waste my only day off driving 30 minutes away in the snow storm. They assured me this was a solid offer and that I would just have to come down, sign some documents and I would be on my way. My partner and I drove down there and were "assigned" to the most incompetent, disrespectful and dishonest salesperson out there. Can you imagine that? Think Matilda, but worse. He talked in circles and didn't answer any questions directly. He didn't even sound confident in his own lies. At one point, he told me he couldn't find my name associated with my leased car's vin number....despite the fact that I've been leasing this car for almost 3 years now, I have an online portal with my name all over it, consistent monthly payments, etc....in hindsight, it was just a ploy used to waste our time. Then he said he had to run both my credit and my partner's credit in order to tell us if Rosen Honda would be able to buy the car back. That part didn't make sense, but I wanted out of my lease, so I went along with it. After this, he told us he could only trade in my car. He didn't explain why, but I said I would consider trading my car depending on the offer. We never discussed which specific car, if any, I was interested in, he just told us he had to "call a lender" to see if we were approved, which made no sense because as I mentioned above, there was no car to approve us for. We sat there alone for over 3 hours. The salesperson occasionally jogged over to us (so he could look busy) and said they were still waiting on a "response." He wouldn't tell us who they were waiting on a response from or what car the response was even in regards to, but I was tired and wanted to do whatever I could to move this process along. After 3.5 hours, we ended up leaving. We were told they'd call us later that day to "get us in a new car." We never got a call - just an email from the salesperson saying "let me know what I can do to earn your business." I called right away, but the salesperson was "with a customer." My partner called the following Monday and was told they were "still waiting on a response from the lender." I called a few hours later and the salesperson told me I wasn't approved. I asked how long they knew that information and he wouldn't answer. I asked what the amount requested was (by then I had gotten some sleep and my sense back), and he wouldn't answer. I told him that I was told to come into the dealership under false pretenses, they wasted our time for 3.5 hours and nothing we were told made any sense. The salesperson responded, "well actually you wasted my time since you didn't get approved." I asked the salesperson to put a manager or sales lead on the phone (someone who might be capable of a more insightful conversation) and he acted like he was handing the phone to someone else but then proceeded to talk again. I've done that move too...IN THE THIRD GRADE. I asked who I was speaking with, as it sounded like the same person, and he kept deflecting and refused to answer. I told him I wasn't going to continue speaking with someone without knowing who it was and then he responded "I don't have to give you my name." These people are truly insufferable. They have no consideration for anyone's time, regardless of how much business you've given them. Also, I didn't go into the dealership with bad credit, I only left with it (after that hard inquiry). Oh, and the salesperson whose time "I wasted" because I didn't get approved for a loan amount that

They catch you by using a bait car! Then they try to sell you a new car!! They go as far as to say that you don’t qualify for the used car loan with co signer, but you can still get a new car!!! Very expensive and high pressure! Traumatic experience!! We walked after 21/2 hours of stalling

Got set up with a 2024 Civic, and I’ve never been happier. I went in expressing what vehicle I want, and the features I desire. My salesman Isaiah Ihrcke , was beyond helpful. He made sure I left with my dream car. Everything was fully and thoroughly explained , I left with no questions or regrets! Would recommend anyone to come here and get great customer service from Isaiah ! The process was easy and stress free! I’ve had the car for two months now , and have had zero issues or concerns.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from this dealership. I recently filled out an inquiry online regarding trading in my current vehicle for a Honda Civic Type R and no one provided me with a quote. I was willing to drive to the dealership, but I wanted to know first whether I could get out of my current lease or not. It is frustrating and disappointing to receive such poor customer service specially when you’re trying to do business. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to improve your customer service and ensure that all customers receive the attention they deserve.

After time after time of my girlfriends car breaking down and running into new problems it was time to get a new car.I went into Rosen Honda looking for a reliable car that will last my girlfriend. Salesman Isaiah helped us find her a brand new 2024 HRV and the process was super simple and stressless for once! All I hear is how stressful car buying is but Isaiah made our experience stress free!

So I need to preface this by saying that I bought my car in April of 2022, when this location was still All-Star Honda. My experience initially was very pleasent, but has since become very frustrating.Along with my car, I bought a Next Mile prepaid maintenance plan, which had a value of $1000. This plan would cover the next 45,000 miles or 4 years, and would include things like oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, etc. The cost was added to my monthly car payments, and when going in for maitenance, all of these services should be done without me being charged anything.Well unfortunately, once All-Star become Rosen Honda, I was told this contract no longer applies. Fine, I'll contact the administrator of the contract for a refund. However, after talking with the Vehicle Administration Services, they say that Rosen IS honoring all customer contracts WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Once I bring this up to Rosen, they are saying that only the oil changes are being covered now.Fine, I'll ask for a document that lists what's covered under the "new" contract and what's not, and contact the administrator again for a partial refund. All of this is a hassle but would've been fine, except that Rosen is REFUSING to provide any type of documentation that states that the contract has changed and what the new terms are. Therefore, I can't prove that I need a refund, and I'm essentially stuck paying extra money for nothing.I've been told by Rosen that someone will call me about this issue 4 different times now. I thought Rosen was a reputable and ethical business, but this experience leaves me feeling otherwise, and I don't trust them anymore.

Here again after arguing with their finance department for the 8th call. STAY WAY FROM HONDA. Not only did they increase my monthly payment after my first month of leasing, they then said I owe $750 in taxes that have already been paid for. All they want is your money. They beg you to write them a good review when you’re there in person and they’re incapable of resolving any sort of issue that comes up. Terrible dealership and terrible financing group.

Shady Car Dealership. Owner laughs as customers are explaining their concerns about purchasing vehicles, sells un-reliable vehicles, withholds information to consumers and only want to make money off of you! If you want your car to break down in the middle of nowhere - SHOP HERE!!! This is not just one car; multiple occasions where this has happened to many consumers at this specific location. I advise to shop elsewhere.

It was such an amazing pleasure to work with your Service Advisor Tim Mc Cain! He went above and beyond with explaining everything that our granddaughters car needed. He made us feel so welcome and his kindness is so appreciated in this day and age. Tim is an amazing asset to Rosen Honda!! Our experience was definitely above a 5 ☆ rating!!

They charged almost twice for fluids replacement compared to other dealership. The service advisor could not understand basic math when I asked him to remove a service from the original quote as it was not performed and apply the coupon as promised before taking my signature on the quote. I have always been to this place since Boyland Honda and All Star Honda but will avoid it at any costs in future. Better got to Wilde Honda if you wish to service your car at a dealership.

A worker by the name Hashem made me feel welcomed when I walked into the dealership, he showed me multiple options that I would like and was made sure I enjoyed each car and talk me through the ups and down of the car, and the process was smooth and fast, he made sure we were hydrated asking us if we wanted drinks or snacks. I appreciate everything he did for us, he is someone that has a good time at the dealership ahead of him.

I brought my Acura I recently bought here a few weeks ago for some mechanical work. I usually avoid dealerships at all costs and try to do my own auto work. I needed the work done before I could realistically do it myself and decided to take a chance here. All I can say is this has been the best customer expedience by far of any automotive repair. The service writers Kyle and Quindell were amazing at communication of repair status. Ryan who did the work on my was very thorough in his work and pointed out the issues that really needed to be dealt. My car cosmetically is not the greatest but they treated it as if it was one of their own. They are not a cheap date for sure; but, they got the job done right the first time which to me is well worth the asking price.
