“THIS STORE HAS GREATLY IMPROVED We shop here frequently and it was generally not a great experience, but it was convenient. However, this location has really turned around in the past couple of months. I can only guess that it is under new management. It has gotten cleaner, more organized and the staff is MUCH friendlier and more helpful. Its great to see the turn around. Keep up the good work!”

“I bought wood from this store where the price was on shelf $20 , by mistake I grabbed one more expensive than the first one I need When I cut it on the saw , I surprised the price is 75$ I explained the situation to the cashier her name is Hiba she called the Manager his name is Geraldo asked him if she can give me a 10% discount , he told her it’s up to you. I got the 10% off that was really nice of her she was really helpful and giving excellent customer service .Thank you so much Hiba ☺️”

“My favorite part of being in the Grand Appliance & TV was my meeting Jessica Harris and having her help me. I needed a new dishwasher asap. She was so patient,knowledgeable, kind, helpful and not at all pushy. I chose a Kitchen Aid but afterwards my one complaint in general was not being able to wait extra days to have their personal installers come to my home for the installation and those that were available sooner were disappointing to me. I don’t respect any one with their dirty shoes on on the bottom section of wallpaper in my kitchen as he was on the floor when he certainly should have been much more considerate during the installation, in my opinion.”

“We needed a washing machine for one of our rentals. I thought the store was open until 8:00. So we drove 50 minutes there. I found out they close at 7:00. We arrived at 6:52. Only 8 minutes before closing. I went in apologize for coming in last minute. They were very gracious and helpful I bought a washer and they loaded it in our truck and was out of there by 7:19. I thanked them for staying a little late and they were so nice.We are very happy and would highly recommend shopping at this store.Kelly”

“Much larger inside than one would expect. Lots of options for every price range. Helpful and friendly staff. No high pressure sales. Free delivery over a certain dollar amount, and I'm fortunate to be able to get it before Thanksgiving which is a huge bonus. I'd check them out again for future needs.”

Our delivery men were hardworking, removed the old appliances and were very careful to ensure no damage happened when moving our items. We went into Grand Appliance looking for a fridge, and came out with an appliance package. I fell in love with the new sapphire blue washer and dryer. My husband bought them for me for Sweetest Day! They even delivered appliances for us up in Northern Wisconsin. Great job!”

“It's a place I can go to get unlocked, my current is dying. I get all my electronics from them! They're a great store with a lot of variety, especially if you're looking for unlocked cell phones. Now I need to get to The Geek Squad to transfer the information from my old phone to my phone. Very nice employees, it was super busy but they took care of me very quickly!”

“Know a guy who went in to purchase a 4K blu ray and left with an AV receiver due to the sales reps (lack of) knowledge. Once it was hooked up could not get the DVD in obviously. Accompanied to exchange for Blu Ray player and the experience was flawless. knowledgeable floor guy this time and easy transaction at the customer service desk. Great staff friendly and clean environment. Would recommend this location!”

“Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We had to exchange a cracked Kohler toilet we ordered from Home Depot and Home Depot didn't have a replacement for us so Kohler had us exchange the toilet at Ferguson Plumbing. I was very impressed with how quickly they helped us.”
