“I bought wood from this store where the price was on shelf $20 , by mistake I grabbed one more expensive than the first one I need When I cut it on the saw , I surprised the price is 75$ I explained the situation to the cashier her name is Hiba she called the Manager his name is Geraldo asked him if she can give me a 10% discount , he told her it’s up to you. I got the 10% off that was really nice of her she was really helpful and giving excellent customer service .Thank you so much Hiba ☺️”

“Roger in Flooring Rocks!!! Went to order carpet and soon learned I didn't measure correctly for the space based on the carpet we wanted. Roger helped me calculate the amount of carpet we needed and gave me a quick lesson on cutting and lining up the pattern on our stairs.
