Be nice to the nice folks that work at this store! It seems like there can be a bit of a wait but the employees treated everyone so kindly and with so much patience. Daniel was such a pleasure to work with and I think he deserves a raise.

This woman is the worst and most rude person I’ve ever seen in customer service she needs to be fired or something I will be getting rid of my service because of her and I garentee many more have as-well she needs to to learn how to be a nice and good person if not GET HER OUT OF COSTUMER SERVICE.

I want to take a moment to shout out an incredible AT&T representative named Dasia, who went far beyond what anyone could expect to help me during one of the most stressful moments of my life. I’m currently going through a tough and deeply personal situation with my ex, who maliciously logged into my AT&T account and marked my phone as lost/stolen—despite the fact that I had it in my possession the entire time. As a result, my phone was blacklisted, and I was completely locked out of my own account and unable to use my device.
When I connected with Dasia, she didn’t treat me like just another customer. Even though she wasn’t earning any commission for helping me, she took my issue to heart and worked with tireless determination to make things right. She personally called multiple departments, stayed on the line with me, and wouldn’t stop until she got my phone removed from the blacklist and restored my access.
Dasia’s empathy, professionalism, and sheer persistence were absolutely unmatched. In a moment when I felt completely powerless, she gave me back control—and more importantly, made me feel heard and cared for. She didn’t make a sale that day, but her service was far more valuable than any transaction.
AT&T needs to recognize the kind of impact Dasia made. She deserves a raise, recognition, and anything else that reflects how vital this kind of customer support is. Because of her, I’ll remain a loyal AT&T customer. She’s the best of the best.

This store is NEVER open on time. Literally ever. Been coming here for 8-9 years now. And when it comes time to upgrades, do not believe the prices and features they quote you in store. Every single time they tell me something is free or included in a plan- it is not…. always double check prices and features yourself.
The techs themselves are good people. I place the blame on whoever is in charge of this location.

The employees in this store are extremely unhelpful. Pretty much tell you to figure things out your self and cut you off while you are in the middle of explaining a concern absolutely don’t recommend going to this particular store.

This was by far the smoothest new phone transfer I ever did. Dasia did a superb job. She greeted me within 30 seconds of arrival, provided sale info saving me money and finished my purchase and data transfer quickly. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent, exceeding my expectations. Very well done!!!

I came in with some confusion on my bill. Victoria was so helping and kinda and explained it perfectly to me where I could easily understand it. I will be coming back again to this store if I ever have another problem!

Roberto did an amazing job getting us switched over from Verizon. He helped get us discounts, was quick, and efficient. He was also very friendly and answered all of our questions before leaving the store. Thank you, Roberto!

If you have any issues with AT&T this is the number one store to go to this is the store with the best customer service I've never left unhappy and they know what they're doing and get the problem taken care of there's nothing more I could ask for

Roberto is the best!! He helped us upgrade 3 phones and is so knowledgeable! We came in 3 times and waited for him each time. He even gave us his phone number in case of questions! Knowing we had 3 upgrades he even let me use his personal phone to go next door and use his Starbucks app to get 1/2 off drink day !! This man needs a raise! Please give him.praise and let him know the Allen family is very satified!!

I'm currently sitting in this location (2hr) now because a charger and cord I put on my account did not work they saw it not work and the manager Alex came by asked how things were and how could he help I said I like to swap out the broken one for a new one but they want me to add 75$ more on my account to get the working charger instead of doing a fair trade for a defective product. And as I voiced my frustration with all of this Alex the store manager just became curt and rude. We just got free watches from the hales corner highway 100 location for loyal customers appreciate for sticking with a product brand for 10plus years.
