Roberto was so helpful and friendly when I upgraded my phone. I am 84 and not real tech savy and he was very kind and patient as he explained how to use my new phone. I was very pleased with my experience.

Horrible -Horrible - Please check your bill things are being added and charged for services you don't have, You will spend days on the phone and get nowhere. Find a corporate store, they have more info and a better ability to help you. I'm quite sure all the other stores just have salesman that work on commissions and they will rip you off. The "Not good" rating is far from accurate. It should be HORRIBLE or criminal.

Marko was very efficient and helpful. He was available to answer questions and provide knowledge of the phone I was getting. He provided conversation that was both professional and easygoing. I appreciate the time and effort he took to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He even applied a screen protector for me! Would definitely visit this location again!

Two weeks ago we stopped in to replace my broken phone. It was a smooth transition and I appreciated our sales representative. We inquired about adding my mother in law to our plan because my father in law had unexpectedly passed away. The rep explained the process and because FIL was the primary account holder, we needed to have the death certificate and both her and I needed to be at the store together to merge her number over. Super friendly and good explanation.We received the death certificate and went into the store at 4:30pm Sunday, the only day and time that worked with our schedules (3rd shift and 1st shift). The representative was not helpful. I had arrived a few minutes earlier than my MIL, and explained she was coming in to merge our accounts. The rep instantly informed me that we needed the death certificate and a store manager and a manager was not on duty. I explained she was on her way (she showed up moments later) and that this was the only time that wecould coordinate with our schedules. The rep stated we could go to the Mayfair location or Brookfield. This was not a viable option as the stores all close at 6pm. The rep made no other suggestions or offers to assist us! We asked if they could contact a manager or scan the document and process it tomorrow. The rep informed us they could not. They also informed us that they really only have weekday management until 4:30-5pm and we could make an appointment for the manager to stay later but made no further effort to take our information to schedule an appointment or clarify what “later” meant.This is COMPLETELY unacceptable customer service. It’s bad enough having to go through the loss of a loved one let alone be hassled when merging two AT&T cellphone plans when we have separately been customers for YEARS! AT&T has made this harder than ever expected and showed zero empathy for a grieving family and a wife who lost her husband!If the store is open, there needs to be a manager on call or a shift lead who can handle unique matters.From my first visit where I would have given 5 stars, I’m so disappointed. The lack of empathy from employees, poor customer service, and general attitude from the representatives was very upsetting. I would hope the “manager” contacts me as there needs to be accountability for their store!! I am now considering changing providers to one who sees you as a person and family rather than a headache late in their shift.

Att Employee told me in Nov'23 that I would keep my HBO max subscription after keeping same data plan, upgrading my iphone15 and joining a family plan.That didn't happen and upon return to the store in Dec'23 the Att employee basically said too bad and come back when a manager was in store. Customer satisfaction not a priority in this store or from this employee

This is not even worth a one star this. The second time I came back to this location and they just have bad customer service. The lady just was sitting She wasn't even trying to help me.

Needed to switch my family over to a new phone provider, the big reason cost. Instantly we were welcomed with great service. The staff had great knowledge of the products and helped us get a better deal then we had previously. Highly Recommend

Absolute most rude person ever. Got a text saying my phone was ready for pickup. Got there and the woman shuts the door in my face says we’re closed. An hour early.
