Bill & his team were efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly KIND. I called Bill’s on a whim and he made sure to squeeze me in to have my car checked out! They were friendly and got me in and out in 20 mins tops! I am thankful to have found an auto repair shop near me that I now trust and will take my car to in the future!

I encountered a problem with my car, so I decided to call for help, not really expecting to be seen right away. To my surprise, they managed to fit me in the same day! Bill was incredibly attentive, and it was clear that he truly cares about his work and is very skilled at what he does. There was another technician there, whose name I didn’t catch, but he was also very knowledgeable. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thanks again!!

Bill and his team did a great job on my 2021 Honda Pilot front shocks. When a problem arose with the installation they went above and beyond to fix it. Including traveling around town to get a unusual part. Not to mention providing me with a ride to and from the shop knowing this was my only vehicle. Highly recommend!

My A/C died while in town, Bill got my car in the same day I called and replaced it! I could tell he was very knowledgeable and honest, and actually replaced a tail light for me I didn't know was out. He also let me know some work a different shop did for me was faulty. Highly recommend Bill's Auto Tech!

I took my Corvette here after a dealership could not figure out why the CEL came back on shortly after replacing one of the catalytic converters. So I was not able to take it in for an emissions test for some time.
Then someone recommended Bill's Auto Tech, I think it was from someone over at Corvette Connection.
So, it seems that I needed to replace another catalytic converter, Bill ordered and installed the new one.
Not only did that clear that CEL, they took my Corvette to be tested for emissions and it PASSED!
I was surprised that they did that, since I wasn't expecting that. I was very appreciative to Bill when I picked up my Vette. Above and beyond, Thanks to Bill and Chris!

Bills was able to help me out with my classic Cadillac, and to my understanding a somewhat niche issue with these motors. They were able to get me scheduled reasonably quick, and got it fixed and back on the road within a day. Reasonable labor prices, knowledgeable and skilled mechanics, and Bill was able to answer some questions and teach me some stuff about my car. Definitely a good experience.
