Complete joke of a dealer, I had sent them a request for a vehicle, agreed on a trade number before driving there from an hour and a half away. I got there, they inspected my car, found no issues, the proceeded to low ball me on my trade. This type of thing gives dealers a bad name!

I bought a new 2023 Nissan Altima from Boucher on hwy 100; currently has 3,000 miles. I went out of town for 10 days leaving car parked in a temperature controlled garage in October. Came home and battery was dead. Took it to Boucher and was told that's perfectly normal for a new battery to go dead after 10 days. I also asked them to check 2 other things on this new car but of course everything is running perfect. Beware of the mechanics at this dealership who can't find a problem until the warranty expires.

I ordered OEM windshield wipers from them online for a 2021 Hyundai Tucson. They sent the wrong wipers and tried to blame me for not providing a VIN. There is just one size/style for "original equipment" from the factory so how they got it wrong is beyond me. No VIN was needed. They are keeping my money and not sending any replacement. I do not recommend this business.

Took my 2015 Acadia Denali to Boucher GMC on Moreland Blvd. My SUV needed a total of 16 hours of service. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday at 10am. Was told they will need my vehicle for 2 days and that they would call with an update later in the day on Tuesday. Guess what - no call. Finally got a call late Wednesday afternoon to say the vehicle is not done and they would call Thursday morning with an update, guess what - no call. So I called and they were closed. I called on Friday am only to be told that my vehicle will not be ready until Monday. The reason being that the service technician did not work on my car full time and also worked on other vehicles at the same time. Really?????? This is our only vehicle so now what? Was suppose to leave for Door County early Friday morning. Extremely disappointed with communication, honesty and the service department. Going to call the Service Manager next to simply communicate my dissatisfaction with Boucher GMC. No longer a fan of Boucher GMC. As a retired Health Care Executive, I understand glitches - all that was needed here was simple upfront honesty and ongoing communication.

I bought an 80k plus truck from their dealership in kenosha they charged me 6k over msrp and I received the worst customer service from this dealer and it wasn't the salesman that was at fault it was the gm. He told my salesman to question me when I noticed my hub caps missing thinking that I was trying to pull one over on them or something. I realized why the hubcaps were missing they had been removed Pryor to my purchasing the vehicle due to a recall on the rear-end axel so who ever did the recall forgot to put them on. So now I am putting them on my self.very bad customer service.

After having my 2018 Volkswagen Atlas in for service at Boucher Volkswagen in Franklin, they caused about $2000 in damages and then not only tried to intimidate a customer, but a battery complaint was filed against their service manager. The attorney for Boucher agreed to that dealership would pay for damages to my vehicle, cargo rack and a rental car only if I utilized their body shop. I purchased a new Volkswagen last fall from Boucher Volkswagen in Franklin and had taken my other Atlas in for service there several times and the customer service is horrendous. I would never buy another vehicle from any Boucher dealership again, and I will advise everyone I know to never purchase a vehicle from Boucher either.
