She came up with a unique was to bustle it so that it fit the vision I wanted. On top of that she is QUICK. She had it completely done in 3 weeks!!! 10000% go to her for any tailoring needs.”

Our consultant was a lovely young woman named Sydney, she was very professional and guided my daughter to the perfect dress. She gave my daughter her undivided attention for almost 2 hours, being very helpful and understanding without being pushy. There was a big selection at fair prices. “Mary Beth and Meredith were fantastic! They were wonderfully accommodating to myself and my group and allowed everyone to browse, which we enjoyed a lot. Mary Beth especially was great at clipping me into gowns and making me feel secure, and Meredith grabbed a lot of options based on my feedback.
They had a great selection of accessories that seemed unique- I didn’t visit any other stores that had that large of an accessory selection!
Towards the end of the appointment, I realized that I had found my dress earlier in the day. They handled this perfectly and didn’t make me feel bad at all- I hope I can support this store in the future by purchasing bridesmaids dresses or jewelry.”

“Great store! Stopped in because I was the area and it did not disappoint. There's so much arts and crafts items - from crocheting to scrapbooking and everything in between. Tons of card stock for invites, favors, and notes. Every kind of envelope shade and color you could ever hope for. Plus, there's a lot of cute stationary too! For those out of towners, this store also offers great souvenirs and keepsakes too.”
“I needed a gown to attend a black tie wedding; not a regular occurrence in my life. From the moment I entered Gigi's, I felt welcome. It's important to note that I walked in wearing a t-shirt and yoga pants, definitely not looking like the type to come in and buy a designer gown. Constance immediately greeted me, and once she asked a few questions, she started choosing gowns for me to try. I had a blast, she made me feel beautiful and comfortable. The dress I chose is not one I would have picked for myself, but it is perfect. Alterations were done quickly and I could not be happier. I cannot recommend Gigi's enough, fabulous.”
“Kashka designed my wedding dress using the lace from my Grandmothers 1950s gown into the unique custom wedding dress of my dreams! I had no idea what I wanted, only that I wanted to use my grandmother’s dress, and she listened to my thoughts to create the most beautiful piece. I can’t begin to imagine the hours she put in. Her knowledge of fabric and quality are unmatched. I would highly recommend her for any custom dress.”

“The older Asian alteration lady was very rude. Rushing me and just using a harsh tone that I didn’t like. It made me feel uneasy with having her alter me in my dress and made me insanely uncomfortable. Luckily I got another sweet lady to alter me (thank God) and not even 5 mins later the Asian lady walks by to wish the other alteration lady “a good weekend” it seems to me she was putting me in a rush because she wanted to leave and just seemed super unprofessional. I decided to give four stars because I ended up loving the lady who helped assist and the person who checked me out as well was incredibly helpful!”
