“I’ve been going to this car wash for years and have had many problems with the app and membership issues, but when I go in person the staff are always so accommodating. I have not met one rude person there. They have always fixed every issue I’ve had, with a smile on their face. Amongst those issues, and sometimes the vacuums not working, the customer service is the reason I continue going here for my car washes.”

“Had a monthly pass, but would often be sitting and waiting for the other lane to finish making payment before it would open the gate and let me in. Suggest making one of the lanes for monthly pass users only to speed up their visit, and keep them from waiting unnecessarily.”
