CosmoProf is a place and staff are always friendly and very helpful. They know you by name and the dog. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and will call other stores or get it online when something is out of stock. They will call when a product is back in stock and will get it for you. Loved the experience and will definitely be back. The store manager knows her stuff and the staff are always willing to go above and beyond. But the location not open at noon today, then they locked the door behind her then they waited and the doors never opened. The experience is awesome and amazing.

Staff is always so friendly and know me by name. If they are out of something I need and they don't have it, they'll call other stores to help me get what I need. I go here quite often during the week so to have a friendly staff greet you when you walk in is awesome. Kayla & Annie are AMAZING!!!
