Festival Foods on South 27th Street is described as one of the best locations, known for its amazing and excellent customer service. The store is super clean, the cleanest and friendliest grocery store, with a friendly staff everywhere. The food is fresh and good, and the store offers a great liquor department and fast checkout lines. Customers can find marked-down items and sales. While the produce section could be larger with more variety, the store overall is fantastic. Many note that prices are higher than other stores, but emphasize that the extraordinary customer service makes it worth spending a little more money. This was highlighted by an exceptional act of kindness from management. Despite being a fantastic store, this location is closing due to issues like theft, which is seen as a significant loss for the neighborhood and its employees.
I hate that this location is closing. Al of the employees I interacted with were great. I love the convenience of shopping and getting lottery tickets. They have awesome sales as well!

Food is fresh and good. Everything is clean. Prices are higher than Walmart. I go there because they got good potato salad. They are closing in November, because of to much theft.
