This is my favorite grocery store I shop at several times a week, because they have good deals and fresh high quality produce and meat/ seafood, however I've noticed the staff has gone rapidly downhill. They range from unhelpfully and impatient and many of the men are downright creepy. The last experience I had here was my final straw. Get higher standards for your staff.

Bought 3.5 lbs of shrimp along with 5 lbs of crab legs for new years. Great sale. Crab legs were great. When cooking shrimp I thought I smelt my cat!? I tried a shrimp after rinsing seasoning n searing . Omg I now know the taste/smell of bad seafood. I wi be calling tomorrow but who knows if I will be believed. Not like I'm going to keep bad seafood!!!

I love this location for so many reasons! Being a product of a grocer (my dad) I can't just shop anywhere. I have multiple places I go based on so many things. We know the cost of food is really high right now so I have to be honest if you're trying to save money on food, this prob isn't the place to do it. That being said I am a firm believer you get what you paid for. Fresh Thyme Market is exactly that, a market grocery store. Fresh, organic ingredients. Local items. The people who work here embody that culture and take pride in what they do and what they sell. As a former deli worker I just want to take a moment to shout out the DELI DEPARTMENT!!! Y'all!!! They rock. They have a system that works! And when you ask for shaved meat, no one rolls an eye. No one huffs or grumbles. It's lovely!!! Also can I get a hell yeah for Boars head?! They do an amazing job here and I just want them to know! If you have a question or need anything, anyone is willing to stop what they're doing and help you. I couldn't find miso paste to save my life the other day and this woman made a call and then found exactly where it was and it took like 30 seconds. I really was thankful for that. I can't speak for other locations but this one is great. At checkout my kid loves to tell them where the tractor is. A little surprise for the little ones if they find it! They also have the tiny cart so your little one can shop too.Thanks for making a hard task with kids more enjoyable!

I always get bad vibes in this store. The workers here not the cashier! but the stockers are very rude. If you need help they will be very inpatient with you, or walk away like they did not hear you say excuse me. I will never be shopping here again. Also I find it very suspicious there’s no African American workers I wonder why? A no for me! Managers retrain your employees all customers should be treated respectfully and we have the same color money.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond! The store is very clean and well stocked.

I am 63 and had trouble scanning my fruit and a really mean voice said it won't work that way you have to punch in the numbers. When I still could not get it she came over and be little me. I was so upset I left without my grapes which did scan. They can keep the grapes I am never going back to that store or Fresh Tyme.

Planned a Mexican meal, out of cilantro, bulk avocados in ad out, cooked shrimp in add out, returned my products to proper spots and went to cermak, employees were helpful. Inventory control at higher level to blame

Best customer service given by rob he always helps me find what I am looking for, so today I went there and didn’t see rob, a worker saw me and when I asked her could u help me find bloom her reaction was funny she said we don’t carry bloom in a joke she also said if you find it scream yayy when I told her I always get it at fresh thyme she said all greens are on that corner without coming with me later I saw rob and he actually helped me find similar greens, because bloom was sold out Thanks to people like rob he always helps me

The selection and layout of the store are fantastic however the service needs to be addressed. A worker named Megan was very rude during the checkout process when she was requested to assist with liquor. Megan used a condescending tone with not just me but another individual which clearly made it seem she did not want to be working. Management needs to investigate.

Fresh Thyme in Greenfield, WI review. I normally like this place. it has friendly employees and they are very helpful...but, there were two things that many people don't care for...1) your self svs area. most people want a cashier...especially if disabled or older. some want to pay by cash or check. 2) your managers/supervisors...if the owner of Freah Thyme took a look at complaints, it's mainly their managers. Just a few days ago there was a lady that had a Fresh Thyme coupon and gave to cashier. Cashier got a manager. Manager was rudely asked the lady where she got coupon and she stated a cashier a month ago. The manager said no you didn't..How would she know? Lady said I'm not a liar. Manager stated she didn't call her one. Lady stated yes you did indirectly by saying more than once I didn't get it from a cashier a month ago. Manager was rude, loud and kept saying "I've been here 30 years and Blah, Blah....Lady stated I don't care, why are you being so bitchy? Lady could of used another word but the manager was in fact acting badly. Manger took the lady's groceries away and told her to leave by not until she had to make. scene in front of everyone...nd then said to the lady you should be ashamed. of what I'd like to ask...Lady wasn't rude your manager was. I can see why not too many people are going to that store. With managers like that, who would. If the owners of these stores read reviews, they'd realize their managers are one of the problems. Enen employees State this. I've found male managers are often better than female...I know I won't go here anymore.
