The PCP and nurses need to communicate better, I can’t say one good thing about the “nures” they’re quick , rude, horrible lack of communication relay the wrong messages constantly via phone then get extremely rude when you send a long Mychart message because they constantly relay the message wrong and each time you get a different nurse so the miss communication gets worse then they blame the patient for there mistakes, they are extremely judgmental ,dismissive they put the wrong info on your chart then it’s a hassle to try to get it removed, big reason why I highly suggest anyone oppt out of “Care Everywhere” don’t have this mess of a clinic share your chart when you decide to go else where you will have so many issues getting the miss information off your file from all there clinical errorsThere lab techs are so zoned out and more focused on there phone music and snacks then paying attention the minute you try to ask them what labs are getting done even tho you know but just to check they get rude and catch a attitude saying your getting the labs you asked for rolling there eyes …. I got labs for nicotine and didn’t notice they did that until I seen the results and I don’t even smoke when I seen the labs via mychart I questioned it like why am I getting tested for this I never asked to be and they said it was clinical lab error having a needle be injected into me a clinical lab error that’s unacceptable I’ve already reported them to patients relations but that does absolutely nothing so I and a friend also reported them to The Department of Safety and Professional Services (“DSPS”) with a list of legit complaints concernsYou wait in the waiting room for a long period of time go to the little room for a couple mins and get slapped with a bill I’ve had it happen to a friend luckily my insurance covers it but leaving with no answers is a waste of time if I could give zero stars I would !!

We were scheduled for a medical assistant for an injection for my son our appointment was scheduled for 11AM but we were waiting for 45 minutes until a nurse was able to call us in at 11:45AM. If you guys set an appointment for something that take 15min to get done we stayed over an hour. If an appointment is scheduled then you guys should honor it or just tell us what time is best suitable so we don’t have to wait that long. And the problem is I was waiting in the car with my other baby for over an hour. Please next time if you guys can’t honor the appointment don’t schedule it and give the patient a different appointment that can be honored so disappointed from them and this was not the first time we get delayed.

I was set up for a pain management appointment with a professional who did not have the license to manage my pain. Also she kept bringing up my smoking except I haven't smoked in over 10 yes because IM ALLERGIC!! It is clearly stated in my chart. The girls at the front desk were busy looking at eachother phone. After a minute I said excuse me & got serious attitude... sorry I interrupted! I also noticed an after visit summary in mychart included actions that were not performed on a different appointment date. This is ridiculous!

Dr Shah listens and gives you the time you need. I am very happy with her and with the nurses, lab & X-ray techs and the support personnel.

I felt a pain in my chest that felt like the start of bronchitis. I have a history of bronchitis and walking pneumonia in the past. When it didn't feel right last Wednesday night I called my doctor's office at Greenfield Commons and it was given an immediate appointment to see to see the nurse practitioner. As I tried to explain to her that the student feel alright she insisted that it was because of me not using my inhalers and I had COPD . She wrote me Prescriptions for another advair disc and albuterol inhaler. Thursday it got worse got the chills in the afternoon terribly and then fever spiked . Went to the ascension emergency room on South 76th street that night because it hurts so bad trying to breathe. They definitely listen to my needs And did x-rays and a breathing treatment and gave me an antibiotic and a steroid. This is the 2nd time since I've been at Frederick I've got pushed off to nurse practitioner which didn't listen to my needs to my needs now I am upset and I am going to ascension to ascension because I kind of feel like this is malpractice

Definitely I can say there is pit bulls that work here. These people behind the counter think that they own you when you walk into the door. They talk with an attitude and they talk down to you.

Once had a doctor a couple of years ago at this clinic not even look at my health history and said I must be healthy because I'm young. Literally came off as if she was a kid in high school trying to pick on me, not very professional. Then she claimed I need to see a therapist because I wasn't actually physically sick. I then went to a different doctor within the clinic to be examined.I've asked for first doctor to be removed several times from my list of doctors of which the clinic keeps putting her back on. I do not give this doctor legal permission to look at my files."Exam appears normal not cough even once vitals are stable. Depression was deniedDiscussed PT for pots. Patient will discuss with primary. Overall she denied depression however I feel that she is overusing medical system.Consider psychiatry evaluationStuti Shankar, MD"Now my face turns dark blue, I have a hard time breathing and I rely on IVs. I have iron malabsorption, excessive large blood clots, DVT, and as well as a tumor.Sure it was totally in my head. A lot of doctors need to stop being so bigoted to young people with chronic illness and actually listen to their patients. She honestly should have no business being a doctor nor should anyone who behaves in such a cold matter.P.S this clinic also has a habit of removing test results to protect their doctors. I have a screenshot of each test result though so nice try.

I have been seeing the same doctor for 10 years. My doctor takes the time needed with me and listens to all of my concerns. The staff is great and friendly. I have only waited one time due to someone else’s medical emergency. Overall, I think this clinic does a great job!

I realize that request for an appointment go through a call center but for the love of God when someone calls in asking for the soonest available... Just do your job. A follow-up phone call immediately after I hung up on the first call I asked for the soonest available appointment and went from 2 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. after being told nothing else was available on the first call. When dealing with a medical issue for your kids you don't want to have to cut through the red tape and policies for scheduling

I was unable to receive wrist bracelets for my wrists from a location they prescribed me to and I’ve contacted this office more than once and they’ve never gotten back to me when the location closes at 5PM and I was waiting at the building for almost 2 hours!! And in addition to this I was late to work

Should be NO STAR! Doctors are Always running behind, doesn't matter which one I had.Extreme trouble refilling "chronic neuropathic cough" medication tramadol. Twice it took two weeks to get a refill. I suffer from withdrawals. A person should NEVER go cold turkey. It's awful. On top of all of that, my symptoms came back. I was miserable. This should not happen. Tramadol is now on Opioid list. I get tested for using it. I followed the rules. Not fair that I should suffer because of those who abuse drugs. Outrageous, that a Dr. Refuse to refill needed medication. I repeat, this is for chronic neuropathic cough not pain. After my Barriatric surgery, I plan on changing Dr.s. maybe change all and try Aurora.

I'm surprised at the bad reviews, I wrote the one below about a year ago and we continue to be very pleased with the staff and facility. 5 stars!I've had both my parents transfer to GP's at this clinic. The location is perfect, the lab and office staff are well organized, helpful, and professional. The doctors and nurses are responsive, professional and caring. The facility is pleasant and in a safe area. Having all their physicians in collaboration with Froedert/ Medical College makes their healthcare and appointments manageable. Very happy with the clinic!

This is the closest Froedtert location to me and I take my 2 year old son here. They have pap trays with sterile equipment in every.single.room. It needs to be removed before a small child has an appointment or, better yet, you could have one child-friendly room, where sterile medical equipment is not at eye level to a toddler, the drawers are locked and the biohazard box is out of reach, not on the floor. I missed a recommendation the NP made to start him on an OTC med, probably because I was trying to keep him out of things and listen at the same time.
