I've never written a bad review in my life and I felt so strongly I had to. I have ulcerative colitis and my medication was WAY beyond my means, over a thousand dollars a month and discounted to still $500/month. I was happy to hear there was a service like Global Health to help with suffers like me who need medication to live their daily lives. The first call was a good experience, I was explained the process and felt confident and relieved by this service. I was told I would receive confirmation after sending in my $360 check and tracking. After almost 2 weeks I did not hear either. Majorly concerned as my prescription runs out in 4 days, I called to see where my status of my order was. Or if it was even placed! I was treated SO poorly on the phone. I had it on speaker and even my husbands jaw dropped on how I was spoken to. Correction, spoken DOWN to. And interrupted. I've owned a business for 10 years and cannot imagine having the rude tone to a paying client that I was given today. For a company who is dealing with very ill and irritable people with very difficult lives in regards to health, I'm blown away by the lack of compassion and professionalism. I hope Global Health gets this in order so their clients feel taken care of and valued.

I been using Global Health for a couple years. The staff has also been respectful to me and worked on getting me the best price possible. I love that they went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. The medicine I now get from England and not Canada comes in a timely manner with private packaging. Thank you for your service!

Every time I have called I have been treated beyond rude. I generally do not react negatively to people on the phone but I did call out the rude tone and was given more attitude as a result. I have never worked with a by mail pharmacy and rather than explaining the steps to me I was talked down to. The most recent time I called to check on my payment I was cut off and told that there's no way a check that was received 2 days ago would be cashed... I work for a bank so that statement is laughable. Regardless, I find it hard to believe that people think it's acceptable customer service.
