I want to preface this by saying I have been getting my oil change/the works done at this Gordie Boucher, bi-yearly since I bought my car in 2018.This last time (June 2023), they neglected to put my tires and several lug nuts back on after my tire rotation - something that could have totaled my car, killing or injuring me and others on the road. I took my car to a mechanic closer to my house when I noticed a loud squeaking and rocking noise. After further inspection, the mechanic was shaking mad at the discovery. They said surprised I had made into their shop without one of my tires falling off. I relied on Gordie Boucher to keep me safe, when in fact their negligence put me in harms way. I cannot in good faith recommend their services.

All the staff members, Nick, Cathy, and Jason were extremely courteous to us and provided a relaxed experience leasing our new Rogue. Nick took time and patience with Kathy and I as we reviewed our options for this new vehicle type, amenities and especially cost. Cathy in Finance was truly knowledgeable about our options and shared all of them with us for the decision-making process. Sales Manager Jason was very pleasant and made us feel relaxed and unhurried about our choice of vehicle. Outstanding dealership.

This will be the first negative review I have ever left for any business, but I feel it needs to be communicated to potential buyers. As with any used vehicle purchase I'm aware it's not new, and there will be issues, but this is unacceptable in my opinion. It should also be noted that we purchased a total of 4 vehicles from this dealership. I purchased my 2019 Infiniti QX80 used in July 2022 for $56,000.00. It is our family vehicle for my wife and kids, I also purchased the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty, which has been used multiple times already. The vehicle will randomly not start for no apparent reason with absolutely no warning. The warranty has covered the battery 3 different times, I have had it towed it twice now and each time the service dept has stated they cannot find anything else wrong other than the battery. It has stranded us 63 times in the past year, we purchased a jump pack for this reason. I spoke with the sales manager and the service manager many, many times. They finally were able to get us a loaner vehicle so they could "figure it out better." I was told with every purchase they "ride with you every mile" and if at anytime we were dissatisfied, we would be able to speak to the owner Mr. Boucher. I asked several times politely if we could have a conversation with him and was denied/blown off every time. I asked the sales manager if they would buy the vehicle back and sell me something else as I don't feel my wife should have to continue to deal with being stranded at work, or with my family in the car, especially given the cold winters here. I was again blown off with absolutely no communication since. Once the service manager again told me that our vehicle was done and ready to be picked up, he stated again, the battery was replaced and no other problems found. I was also told I "better get the loaner back to them sooner than later because they had another more important customer that needed it." Still, there has been no follow up form anyone and no call or availability from Mr. Boucher. Please be wary when purchasing from these folks, as once the sale is done, they simply don't care. I don't know if anyone actually reads these from the dealership, but it's a shame that customer service is no longer a priority in the car business. Hopefully this review helps someone as they are car shoping.

Second vehicle purchase in 13 months. We were treated very well with the first purchase, a 2022 Rogue so we decided to make another purchase of a 2023 Murano. Love the vehicles but love the Gordie Boucher Nissan staff even more. They are the reason we drive over 20 miles to purchase and service. All staff was wonderful, especially Kip and Leo!

Had a bad experience at a different dealership. Took car to different dealership and the issue was resolved. I sincerely thank service manager, Amanda and owner loyalty manager, Janet for stepping in and making sure my car was serviced properly. I’m a loyal fan of Gordie Boucher, Nissan in Greenfield. Amanda and Janet worked diligently with my husband and me to fix my car to our satisfaction. Thank you so much!

Lisa, Jason, and the entire sales team made our experience buying a new vehicle so easy! Lisa is knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor, and answered all our questions to find the perfect new car. Jason, and maybe other team members, worked quickly and efficiently to get me the exact vehicle (color, package, model, etc) that I wanted to the shop within hours. Overall, everyone was so nice and helpful!

I was hesitant to shop at this dealership because of the prices on average being higher than most dealers but I can assure you the prices are absolutely worth the service and quality of cars. They did everything they could to get me the monthly payment AND car that I wanted (I was set on a nissan altima). Additionally, the day I brought it home, it got scratched and leo offered to have them fix it up at no cost. Finally, best for last- SCOTT is great. He is such a cool person and salesman. Absolutely worth every penny

I was very impressed with Audrey's calm, polite and patient manner. I also was able to get in the same day after not being able to book a service at Rosen Nissan for a few weeks. The best part of the experience was the video text message of what was done on my car and what needs attention. I will definitely get all my services completed at this location moving forward because of the great experience I had over this past weekend.

I had a fantastic experience working with Kip Malmstadt at Boucher Nissan in Greenfield. Kip was friendly, accommodating, and at no point did he or anyone else at the dealership try to pressure me into making a decision that wasn’t yet ready to make. I ultimately ended up buying a Frontier Pro 4X from Kip and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. I wish buying a car would always be this easy. It’s been a couple of weeks since I made my purchase and Kip has reached out several times to make sure everything was good and to see if I had any questions. A+ customer service all the way around. I look forward to doing more business with Kip/Boucher again in the future.

My most recent experience was positive regarding the service I received on my vehicle. The staff was pleasant in getting me checked in even though I didn't have an appointment. When they started work on my vehicle they kept me informed with the progress every step of the way. I knew what was going on with my vehicle at all times.
