The lady rushed and didn't cut evenly. I asked for a number 1 on the sides and back. Finger length on top. She switched the sizes for the sides and back 5 times on the clippers, doesn't it say the size on them?? She tried to to it in 15 minutes, she asked a coworker what her time was.
Not going back!

Had a wonderful experience here! After trying to reach other establishments to set up an appointment by phone without success (they all went to voicemail with multiple calls) they took my call right away, and informed to just come on in. They did such a wonderful job with my toddler, getting his hair cut for the first time!! The lady who cut his hair was phenomenal, and she even offered to put the cuttings into an envelope for me as a keepsake! 😊 Super reasonable prices! Very highly recommend Great Clips, will go back!

I went in for a simple layering & came out with an uneven haircut. 3 days later I had to go back in & have it fixed...& came out looking worse than before! It's now uneven AND choppy. I will never go back to that hack-job salon! My daughter also had to get hers fixed as well, seeing that the stylist, & I use that term lightly, can't figure out how much an 3 inches is! There's no going back for another refix... I may come home with a layered buzzcut!

I take my youngest son (9) to get his haircut here. We check in online and then let them know when we get there, so it's usually pretty quick. He always gets a pretty simple cut, #2 on the back and sides, blended into the top, which is longer. Usually always turns out good and he likes it, except for when he got a cut in June or July, he didn't like how it turned out. I don't know if she was new or what, but we recently went back (someone else cut his hair this time) and he liked it again. So overall, not bad, we like it.
(Side note: This shouldn't have to be said but I see it too often; please tip your stylist, even just a couple of bucks. A lot of their wages come from tips. Just saying. ?)

Today I wait more than 45 minutes, two employees doing the same customer, he was very nasty person and complained about the cut. If you have a customer like this you should be able to give a discount for the others customer waiting for service. Very sad situation
