They are great with both my dog and my cat. My dog has anxiety and they do their best not to push him to far out of his comfort zone while still giving him the care he needs. They also help me come up with ideas on how to make things easier for him so that each time we go he has less trouble then the last. I'm deeply appreciative of their kindness and patience. The only down side is they are open mostly while I'm at work so I can only go in on Saturdays. However with the quality of treatment given I'm willing to deal with that minor inconvenience.

Excellent local vet, usually with good appointment availability and a caring staff. Always take excellent care of our dog, no matter who we see that day.

I recommend Healthy Paws to everyone I know that, has been struggling with their vet clinic. They listen to what your concerns are and really know what they're doing. Been going there 7 years plus. Even through Covid, they were there for us. Dr. Denise and Dr. Mike are a top notch team that compliment each other. The staff is always accommodating and pleasant even during crisis. Shouts out to Katie, who loves our pups as much as we do. Prices are going up everywhere, yet they still keep it affordable. I really feel comfortable here.

This veterinary clinic offers no privacy for clients nor does it provide a peaceful environment for your pets. There are doors to examrooms however the enclosure walls are a foot lower than the ceiling so that everything being said is audible to everyone present in the clinic. I brought my cat, who is used to both a cats only practice plus a fully enclosed exam room there once. She and I were subjected to all of the conversations, ringing phones and conversations going on in the office and elsewhere in the clinic. The vet I saw recommended treatments and dietary advice which have long ago been proven as detrimental for cats. On two occasions I had asked to have her vaccination records to be sent to me for my building management and they didn’t follow through either time,I would highly recommend finding another clinic.

Dr.Denise & Dr.Mike are the best. I've been going to them for years.(Not me personally,my dogs... ;)Yes, I'd recommend them. I like that they have 2 locations I can go Menomonee Falls or Green Field so if 1 is booked there's a chance I can go to the 2nd one.

I had my dog on the puppy package. Could not get him in for any of the procedures that came with the package because they never had any openings. Total waste of money paying for a year for only 2 visits.

The first visit with my elderly pup was positive. The front desk staff were great, and the female vet was very thorough. It was determined that she needed a dental (when she came to me she had horrible teeth, I had a dental done somewhere else...that was the year before). They also said she needed to have a small growth on her neck removed. I set up that appointment, thinking that the same vet would do them (that is what I was told). When we went in, there was a male vet who actually did it. The incision left from the growth removal was very large, and took a long time to heal. In hindsight, I think they were much too aggressive, as it turned out that it was just a sebaceous cyst, which is very common in poodle breeds. Months later, she started making hacking noises. They did get her in fairly quickly, but then ran test after test. I was told that she had fluid around her heart, and they gave me two (very expensive) meds that I had to give her twice daily. I did this for months, but saw no improvement. When I called, they told me they wanted to run even more extensive tests, which would have cost nearly $1K. Finally, I took her to another vet, who quickly diagnosed the problem (trachea issue). They took her off the meds, and gave me simple directions on how to deal with the "cough". She lived another two years. I'm sure there are some who had great experiences here. I, and my pup, did not.
