The good people at Kunes GMC went out of their way to get my wife and I the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Stephanie was an outstanding sales representative. Jacob helped along the process and provided great details on the process. Bill went the extra mile and even brought the vehicle into the service area so we could see it in warmth. Steve B service writer's friendly efficient service always makes service visits easy at the dealership! This time although a major check engine light warning repair, he was able to assure us over the phone that our solid engine light warning needed service but was drivable to the dealership. He explained something we did not know, is that if flashing, a check engine light means ASAP service required. Steve always has the answers we need, or finds the them quickly.Because our 2014 Encore is end of life for OnStar, Steve B is the next best thing!He always clearly and patiently explains the issue in a way we can understand, provides us all possible options, and welcomes us with a friendly greeting when we arrive and pickup.Steve is especially good at keeping us informed of our car's status. Although text's are nice, his voice calls are great allowing us to get details not provided in text notifications.Been a happy customer buying all our vehicle from this dealership for 20+ years now, Steve's customer service is the reason we keep coming back. We're confident we'll get great post-sale customer support and service!

I was very glad to see that Kunes kept Steve and Saul at the service desk after their many years of service with John Paul's. I had been a long time customer with them and both of those guys are friendly, courteous, and professional. I did buy my last vehicle at Lake Chevrolet about 4 years ago. I started going there for service and oil changes. I felt like I was paying more for oil changes there and the only coupon offers I was getting were contingent on me buying an expensive service agreement. I was still getting coupons from John Paul's and later Kunes without such a requirement. I saved $25 with the coupon and I think the regular price of the oil change was lower than Lake has been charging me. My service was done sooner than expected and I was Quite satisfied.

Won’t go back. Been going to this location as John Paul’s since purchasing my truck over 3 years ago. Fair service and transparent pricing. First visit to Kunes for oil and brakes.From the start of the experience I should have went elsewhere. Called to set up brakes and inquired on pricing but would give no details. Assured they would have parts on my visit to complete in day. Told not worry.Drop off truck. Find out all pricing from fuel filter change to oil change has gone up (can expect with ownership change, but when asked on phone, no mention). Then later in day, get call that don’t have rotors in stock so couldn’t complete till Monday. Lastly, when finally pick up, first indication of a new 3% credit surcharge if not using debit (could also mention on phone or when scheduling). Ha. And because why not, my break service light is now on after having work done (on the brakes).

I always use this dealership for the last 20+ years because I've never had a problem here. The biggest thing for me is the advisor which we always use Steve B who makes the experience at the dealership quick and smooth which is why we keep coming back. So this time I brought my 2 month old truck in cause it had a bolt in the tire so I called Steve said bring it right in and he would fit me in even with no appointment and that is exactly what he did even though they were really busy I only waited a hour which is even better than expected.

You always do good work in the Service Department. The service is prompt, fairly priced and you get it right the first time. I brought my Cruze in for an oil change and you did a check under the hood, inflated the tires to 33 all around and washed the car as well. Thanks guys!

I am a first time financier & I have had very exceptional service with the sales manager. Anytime anything goes wrong, etc, help is one text away. (Max & Rita are in the waiting area ❤️) this is my second time shopping with them ?they have beautiful vehicles!

Steve in service as always was amazing, however I sat for 3 hours for an oil change & tire rotation. When I got in my truck, my radio was blaring, dirty foot paper still on the floor, my steering wheel was moved & my seat position was all messed up! There’s no reason why anything should be changed but pushing the seat back! This is my first visit since the change. We have two GMCs we purchased from John Paul and I’m not sure if we will be back!! Very disappointing!!!

I came in on a Friday with the radio, navigation,Bluetooth, etc not working. Matt checked it out and told me it had to be replaced, and the new one would come in on Monday, true to his word he called me Monday and said it was available, I dropped the car off and it was replaced and ready by 11am Tuesday, and it was covered by my extended warranty. I picked up the car after work and it work’s excellent. Great job and thank you

Exceptional customer service! Quick emissions test. Able to pay registration and obtain sticker. They even put the sticker on for me. I will most definitively visit this dealership next time I need a new car!

Drove 5 hours to look at a truck. First they lied to me over the phone about the warranty’s. Even on their site it says lifetime warranty which actually isn’t true it’s only under 100k miles. Which doesn’t say it on the site, they tell you that once you come in. So I drove 5 hours to be lied to.Then get the process of buying a truck and they knew for a whole week that I was coming. But they had no paper work prepared. I sat around waiting for them to figure out their loan stuff for 6 HOURS. I drove 5 hours one way to get there: waited 6 hours to be “checked out” then drove another 5 hours home. Also with a truck with no warranty which I was told and read online that they offered. Then after I confronted them about them lying to me 2 times they moved us to a waiting room and avoided us the next 4 hours we were there. Not sure what they were doing, only information I got was from my bank letting me know what was happening next. Also was told there was a gooseneck hitch and there is not one in this truck, so another thing I was lied to about after driving the amount I did.0/10 service. One guy I spoke to that wasn’t even the guy selling to me was very nice. But the rest were rude and didn’t interact with me for hours. They even rubbed in my face others that were interested in the truck talkin about how they wouldn’t come down on price because others were interested.Once we got to 7 hours of waiting I asked for corporates number n the gm told me no

Customer service sucked from calling the receptionist to talking with Steve about my car. The receptionist kept cutting me off and sending me to service while I was trying to explain to her that no one is answering and I needed to talk to someone. When my car got there no one called to let me know after I called 5 times. I had to show up after work. Steve was not very friendly and not informative. To top all this off I paid a 3% service fee to us a card on a 1,700 bill and no one told me about it until I was there to pick up my car. I bought two cars from this location and will never be back for another one or service.
