PetSmart is a large pet supply and services retailer with a wide selection for many types of animals. The store is described as nice and clean, with products that are easily found and accessible. Many reviews highlight the friendly and helpful staff, both in the grooming department and among the store associates. The grooming service receives specific praise for doing a fantastic and reasonable job, with customers noting excellent results without needing an appointment. The fish tanks and reptile areas are kept clean. However, some note a very limited selection for birds regarding food and toys, which can be disappointing. A few customers mention the store can be stinky. Overall, it is considered a sufficient location for basic pet needs with good customer service.

I come here for a nail cut & grind for my dog. I occasionally buy treats as well. Clean store. Nice staff.

Alexis was the young lady who provided service to my grandpup. She did a very good job. Noah really enjoyed it. He looked wonderful when I pick him. Not to mention she is very kind and had lots of knowledge on dog care. Noah definitely will be back. Thanks Alexis for everything!
