Cheese quesadilla missing cheese. The chicken is rubbery and got thrown in the trash and the handful of chips is wild. Def don’t do DoorDash here, they don’t care.

I love order my food online and picking it up because they always get my order correct. The only issue I have is ordering inside, they keep on for getting things. If I order chip they don't give me no gueso, if I want extra sour cream they won't put it in my bag. For some reason inside the store every employee looks lost, almost hypnotize then it makes me feel that way. I don't know. But it's better just to order it online then going inside and asking them to put it together.

The restaurant was clean, but we came in at 11:30 AM on a Sunday and none of the food was hot at all. My burrito bowl was completely room temperature including the meat and rice - definitely in the danger zone. We are inside the restaurant so it was not a matter of it cooling down during transportation. Would not come back as the risk of food poisoning is too high at this location.

this is the worst qdoba around, go to the one on 76th, I have heard this is some kind of a test store without grills where they just bake the meat instead and it is noticeably worse than other locations, unfortunately i learned this while receiving a large catering order.

Service here is atrocious. Have had multiple bad experiences with orders not being made and with items lacking from my order. Doesn’t seem to be improving

I eat at many Qdobas, I have visited this location a handful of times and find the staff to be not the friendliest! Nobody is rude but typically never greeted upon entering and it typically feels like they have better things to do then to serve the Customer. I usually stand there as long as uncomfortably possible before I am asked what I would like. Last visit was black friday around 11:15 and we were the only people in the restaurant. Tortilla soup was luke warm at best. Place is always clean. I gave it a few visits because it was new but nothing really changes. I believe i have a good perspective as I have ate at Qdoba over 650 times according to the rewards program. 160 in 2023.

It was Qdoba so I knew the menu and really what I wanted to order. 5 stars because the staff was friendly, the place was very clean, and food wise they were prepared! No waiting!

The store closes at 10pm and they’re already breaking down and closing parts of the store and it’s not even 8p. The choice of food selections was old.

It was our first time at this location, and it was okay overall. We tried the quesadilla and an Impossible bowl; both were really tasty and made with fresh ingredients.We received one skimpy bag of chips containing less than 1 cup of tortilla chips. They were stale and inedible, so that was an unpleasant surprise.

Rancid chips! They need to change their frying oil, or at the very least, filter it. We didn't realize that chips came with a chicken salad.................the one that came with only 7 cubes of chicken.

Decided to give this place a couple chances before reviewing. Went through the drive through and half of the ingredients I asked for were missing or so little I couldn’t taste them. To top it off there was a very large and hard log-like chip in my burrito that I almost chipped my tooth on. I won’t be be back and will encourage the rest of by family not to either.

Qdoba food tastes great, but the staff at this new location need training. One time, our order wasn't sitting on the take-out shelf, under the lights. Responses: "1. You've got the wrong Qdoba; 2. You must not have checked out on the app; 3. I'll go check the computer; 4. Oh, here it is on the back counter." Another time, the assistant manager didn't let the staff complete our pre-paid mobile order because we'd customized a "featured" item. While answering the questions from the manager Kevin, he got childishly defensive.
