Well lit range. 15 yard range, good for pistols and light caliber rifles. Great staff that are knowledgeable and passionate about their jobs. Good selection for rentals and reasonable prices for ammo as well. All in all a great pace to go shoot.

Took my oldest son to Range USA in Greenfield, WI. The staff is amazing, I have purchased multiple firearms from there in the past, and it is always a easy and smooth experience. My son had a blast and Range Safety Officer, Cope was amazing with giving my kid a little one-on-one training on how to hold a firearm. As it was good for my son to hear the safety tips from another person, other than Dad. Lol.
Thank you to the staff at Range USA, Greenfield, WI.

Great place to rent and fire weapons. Nice indoor range. If you are looking for an indoor range check it out. Up to 15 yards.

This place has a nice selection of firearms. I have not hit the range yet. I bought a handgun here and my experience was absolutely terrible. The customer service was so terrible that I will not return to buy another firearm here, or recommend that other people go here, unless they get a competent salesmen. When I came in to look at micro compacts the lady was helpful but at the same time she seemed new and didn't know what she was doing. The paperwork took forever and then I waited around for an hour in a half for my background check which never came in on a Sunday, which is understandable, but don't have me sit around for almost 2 hours and tell me that it shouldn't take long, when you should of just called me when my firearm was ready for pickup. She told me it should be processed before 5pm. It was not. I was put on a 3 day hold. Which I know isn't Range USA's fault. She also had to call the manager over because she entered the whole purchase incorrectly into the computer. But besides waiting around for almost 2 hours, my biggest complaint is when I came to pick up my Handgun after the 3 day hold. I came in at 10:30AM Thursday 6/26/25. I entered the store and went to the counter. I stood there for a good minute. The guy at the counter did not greet me or even look at me. I had to acknowledge him and let him know I was there to pick up my firearm that I purchased a few days ago. I figured I'd be in and out. No, it took 40 minutes for him to get everything together. He had an attitude the whole time and had no idea what he was doing. He had plenty of time to socialize with co-workers but never updated me on the process or even told me that it was going to take almost an hour. So I stood there aimlessly while he said nothing to me. After I complained about how long it was taking , he said his computer was going slow.. he also he had to call his manager over multiple times because clearly he didn't know what he was doing. This place needs to improve on their customer service severely. Yes, I know purchasing a firearm can be a time consuming process but at least update your customers accurately and have good honest communication with them. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS TRASH.

I just had a beginner one on one handgun instruction with Ryan Clemente. He did a great job. He was very informative and made it easy for a beginner to learn the basics to safe hand gun use. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to take a training class.

I came here to expose my 19 year old daughter to firearms. Seeing how I am not a supreme marksman. I asked one of the staff to give her a couple pointers and he didn't hesitate to help. I wish I remembered his name but he was more than helpful and showed her what she needed to know. She did awesome and will be back. Thank Range USA for the professionalism.

My last time shooting there will probably be my last time.
The good: A respectable assortment of firearms for sale and for range rental. They are all the common/commodity grade firearms you would expect. Nothing special, but no junk either. They have the basic accessories in stock.
The iffy: The people. Some of their employees are really good at customer experiences. Some are biding their time until they win the lottery and simply can't be bothered with customers. Good luck with which one is working when you come in. The other iffy thing is the range size. 15 yards for a pistol is fine practice. But if you have a rifle, 15 yards isn't deep enough.
The bad: Their prices. Their prices are why so many people buy firearms and accessories online. Their policies. 1. They don't price match their own prices. See something on their site and it is more expensive in-store, you will pay the in-store price. Forget about any other site. 2. Want to rent a firearm. The rental price is to rent a single firearm. It is not to rent firearms during your range time. It is a new rental fee for every firearm you want to try. It is their attempt to get you to purchase one of their over-priced memberships. I didn't know this until I tried to exchange the rental for another gun I wanted to try before I bought. Guess who won't be buying a firearm there. 3. The air handling. Nothing is more important to a quality range then the air handling. 75% of the time, the air is stale and you can tell it isn't being filtered as well as it should.
