Recently started school a few weeks ago to be a Auto Technician, needed some Safety Toe shoes. Libby, who was working at the time, was very helpful and answered all the questions I had, and I was able to leave with a comfortable pair of work boots.

Stopped in this morning to replace my very worn out Irish Setter pull-on boots. After talking with the sole employee there at the time, he took my experience with the old boots and recommended a slight change up to a different but similar boot. He saw the insoles on my old boots and had a new recommendation that I like quite well. Took his advice on everything and am very happy. Boots seem even higher quality than what I previously used and the service was personable and honest.

The boots have lasted me years I've literally had a wood screw into the bottom of my boot and I had to take a screwdriver to get it out. Will do free polishing and free lacings and break-ins

Had a fantastic time at the store felt very cared for and they understood my needs clearly. The shoe fitting experience was very easy and I walked out with a brand new pair of boots and insoles. Would recommend.

Bought boots 3/1 asked that holes be punched in boots. Was told boots ready on 3/3. Show up 3/5 boots not ready. Told ready by 3/7. Show up 3/8 boots still not ready yet. Store has no idea what is going on. Watched phone left ringing repeatedly unanswered. Store doesn't have a clue. If I pay for these services it is there job to provide accurate pick up dates. I only showed up because Store said boots would be done but they haven't a clue when boots are done. No communication with outside fender .THIS STORE SUCKS WHAT HAS HAPPENEC
