The woman who served me and in charge of the store is rude and despotic because the shoes had an orange label with a 50% discount and in front of me she took them off and because of her pants she told me that someone made a mistake and that I couldn't leave them. shoes at the price that the sticker had, that is not professional and it is uncomfortable and that one fights in front of other people

This was my first time at a Rogan's shoes. I've been having really bad foot issues, so I wanted to get some expensive Hoka's. Olga was very helpful. She walked me through the selection, told me which ones have which type of arch support, measured my foot and my arch, helped me try on shoes, and helped me pick out a pair of insoles. I haven't had such a good customer experience at a retail store in a long time - way to go Olga!

This store always has what we need! We have a large family & the BOGO 50% is necessary. The selections are on point and there is always enough to make all 6 of us happy! We go every few months as kids grow out or destroy shoes. The deals here are what keeps us coming back. The staff is always willing to help you find what you need.
