Frustrating experience. My car was NOT even serviced. Delay in getting parts and huge LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Rude employees overall bad experience. Will not return. No one was helpful. Anthony needs to work on communication.Front desk needs to work on having better attitude.

Finally a Mazda business that is more concerned about its customers then the $. Did business with a different mazda dealership awhile ago I will be kind and won't mention which one. The the Mazda dealership on 108th is where you want to go perfect I almost lost faith. Thanks for the great service.

Mazda is really turning a blind eye to Wisconsin. Out of all the bad reviews I'm surprised this place has the same management. Not only will they over charge you for ceramic coating (based on the other locations prices), but they will over charge you taxes as well. We got 2 different receipts with 2 different totals with a $1,000 difference. Someone is obviously doing their job wrong and pocketing the money. When we brought up the issue, they said it was "too late" and that "we already agreed to the total" when we did not. Then they threatened to call the cops on us for lying? Will be making a report to Mazda and the DMV.

This dealership is excellent. The employees are friendly and the Service Manager I had (Matt Czaplewski) was a great listener as I explained my problem with the rear hatch switch. I tend, at my age (76), to over explain and make short stories long. He was patient and sifted through the dialog and had my somewhat complicated car repair completed in a matter of hours and Darrow was very accommodating and loaned me a car to go home and return to pick up my car. The mechanics did a nice job. If you want to go to a dealership you can trust, this is the place.The next time I got Maxwell Munsell as my service advisor and I was really in a bind. I needed to have an oil change and on the way my tire was losing air quickly. He managed to get me into the dealership within an hour for the oil change and also took care of the tire problem. He had the entire situation under control and I was, once again, given a loaner and I picked up my car the next morning. Max did a great job as well as the service techs and when these guys tell you they're gonna do something, they do it. A great dealership with many friendly and competent people working there.Services: Transmission

I meant to write this earlier. I'm not as angry now. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and to look at a tire losing air. First of all, someone there told me over the phone that there were no appointments after 3 PM. He was very adamant about it and gave me an appointment 3 weeks out. I spoke with Brianna after that who was wonderful and gave me a later time appointment within a week. Well, I guess I inconvenienced them because they didn't find anything wrong with the tire and sent me on my way. It lost even more air so I had to go back. I had to get a ride to work since this was inconvenient for me. Turns out that I needed a new tire. The hole was hard to find. They wanted to charge me $800 for two tires. I went somewhere else and paid over $300 less. The only person who I felt looked out for my interests was Chauncey. He tried to make things right after the guys missed checking that tire. Sadly, with the guy lying to me about appointments, the inconvenience of having to return, and the high price of tires, I won't be returning. It's right by my house but not worth the hassle.

I always enjoy taking my car to Russ Darrow. I was on a time crunch today and Anthony was super accommodating and helped me get a courtesy vehicle so I could get my errands done while my car was being worked on. Such a fun way to try out the latest models, convenient too!

Had to get my car towed in because it wouldn’t start. I was unsure if it was the battery or the starter but Chauncey tested the battery and made sure I only paid for what I needed. Fast and efficient service. Highly recommend

Good job replacing our oil pump sensor, even though it turns out there was a bigger problem, which could not have been foreseen. But, you got us in quickly and provided us with a loaner car for the day, which we greatly appreciated.

I've had nothing but quick, trouble-free routine service here. You can schedule online. The waiting area is at the edge of the showroom. They send you a video of your car's inspection while you wait. It's clean, with plenty of seating, free WiFi, and a good choice of refreshments. Credit is a 3% upcharge.
