This company has false advertisements. They say you are approved call you everyday sometimes 3 times a day, you come in and then the say $17,000 down payment. Then the finance manager lies and say your application is not the financial asset. Lucky I have recording of the company restricting my trade because I put the correct verbiage on it that it’s a consumer note and indorse the back they forced me to sign a new application.. I have gotten in contact with the financial companies and they are saying they can negotiate.. between the dealer however AJBECKER does not work in the best interest of the consumer. With restrictive trade this is a BIG matter and securities fraud.. my credit was ran over 28 times and the only application denials were never denial because they drove the price up so much that what the company approved me for was not denied. Then I ask for all the company’s that received an application they only showed me two. Consumers are the bases for them to stay in business.. their tactics are very alarming and I will be reporting them to a higher authority.. so other consumers have the rights to exercise their right to credit after making a good faith attempt to obtain goods and services for their household needs.. my advice to all consumers ask for the companies that denied you you will be alarmed at what you see!

Ali was great. There was a small miscommunication throughout the process but him and the sales manager were on top of helping us out and making sure we left happy. They got us in a new car same day. They made it easy for us and answered all our questions!

Wanted to purchase a Mazda cx-30, Went through the whole proceess - test drove, agreed on a price with Sales Manager Nick Saidai. Went to my bank for a check for the car. When I got back, they tried to bate and switch me. Said that the cost of the car was $3000 more. DO NOT BUY FROM RUSS DARROW MAZDA OF GREENFIELD. NOT REPUTABLE. WILL TRY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

Nice people to deal with. Friendly, not too pushy. Comfortable experience. When they didn’t have the specific type of used car I was looking for, they suggested another similar vehicle they had on the lot that met my needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Jeremiah as my car salesman. He was exceptionally kind, patient, and personable throughout the entire process. This was my first time purchasing a car and he took the time to help me understand my needs and preferences, guiding me to the perfect car. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made the process enjoyable. I highly recommend Jeremiah to anyone in search of a new car.

Kelly and her sales manager were professional, friendly and honest. We had to drive a bit for the right car and had tight timing, but they helped make it work. We seldom like the used car purchasing process, but Greenfield made it more tolerable. Thanks!

Over 1 hr wait for finance to become available. Store manager was somewhat high pressure. I enjoyed working with both Kelly from sales and Marquis with Finance. Took +5 hours to buy a CX50 otherwise a positive experience.

I was pregnant when my car I was totaled. I went to several dealerships before I decided to buy a car from this place. They sold me a lemon. Within a few days of buying the car, it was chugging and the check engine light came on. Of course they couldn't get me in to be seen for several days after that. Ultimately they encouraged me to go to a dealership that specialized in Volkswagens and said that my warranty should cover anything. My warranty did cover a lot of things, not everything, but I have spent the last 2 years with my car in and out of the shop for major repairs. Timing chain replacement within 2 months of buying the car. Massive oil leaks. They must have put super dense oil in the car when they were trying to sell it to mask the leak. Because within a few hundred miles of driving it, it was leaking. So much for passing the "130 point inspection." One oil leak caused me and my newborn to become stranded. Idiot lights coming on and off constantly. Chugging. Now my warranty is up, and the car keeps breaking down with every problem you can imagine, and I'm stuck with it. Broken tensioner. Fuel pump. Cam shaft. Fans. Electrical issues with stereo. Lights burning out all the time. It's just endless. They took advantage of me at the most vulnerable time in my life, and they had no shame. I wish I could give zero stars.

Made an appointment to test drive a car. Waited for 45 minutes after appointment time. Then the manager tells us that engine problems were discovered during the last test drive, over an hour ago. Would’ve been nice to be notified before driving there and wasting our time; such poor customer service.

Enjoyed our buying experience. We were treated courteously and with kindness. What was told to us was always truthful and not misleading. Gus, our salesperson, was thoughtful and had good common sense which was important to us. On one issue we had, we felt like the entire staff went over and above to accommodate us. We were well pleased.

Bought a Honda accord from them and the salesman said there was a “super tiny power steering leak that would be $300 fix.” Dumb of me to believe him, but I bought the car. Took it to a shop the next morning to get it fixed and it needed a new rack, pump, cable reel, and steering column. It also had a cracked piston ring. This totaled me about $10k in repairs. Not to mention they also lied about it having a functioning aux cord and cabin lights. The only thing that worked on this car were the wheels… Absolute lemon of a car. I worked with them FOR MONTHS, almost a full year trying to get a refund. The salesman knew I needed a new car because I was moving out of state and took advantage of it. Got a lawyer now, so I’ll try to get reimbursed that way.Update: obviously no one has reached out.

Horrible experience!!!! My daughter was buying her own car for the first time with cash she had received after her dad passed away. After an hour of leading us on and acting like they were taking our offers seriously, they said she couldn't buy the car!!!!! They claimed they had other customers with either a trade in or were financing but if we would like to offer above price they would consider it. The condescending tone of the salesman to us, two women, trying to buy a car was the final straw. Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield is only there to make larger profit than advertised. Terrible dealership all around!!

I had struck a good deal with a salesman and the sales manager Adam on a Friday and called them right away when they opened on Saturday to confirm I was on board and they told me to come in so we could do paperwork and finalize it. I drive up there and they tell me they are actually working on selling that car to someone else but if I wanted it today it would be $100 more of a monthly payment. They then try to offer me another Mazda with a lower level of trim for the same price they wanted to give me the higher trim level for. How generous! Some shady sales tactics going on here and I’m getting my Mazda somewhere that respects my time.

AJ and Rian were able to get the car back to us quickly and efficiently. Rian is an excellent salesperson and very attentive. If you come here ask for him! Overall great experience test driving and going through the process.

Had one price when I test drove car, next day I went in and they increased the price. Terrible manager. Do not go there. Wish I could give it zero stars.
