Sendik's is always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The deli people will give you 110% trying to help you cater something. It makes a mundane errand like grocery shopping so much nicer!

Stopped at Sendik’s for thanksgiving pies. They sell Elegant Farmer pies which have become a tradition for us.

All good things at Sendiks. The workers are nice. The selection of cold cuts is great. Some weekends are busy, and may have a wait at the fresh meats and cold cut counters but is worth the wait. The store is organized and clean.

This store is so over rated. Everything is so overpriced and the deli and bakery are nothing special!! Bought my Thanksgiving pies here and my whole family said they were the worst. Pumpkin pie was dry and over cooked. Cherry pies crust was gummy and under cooked. Best thing about this store is their cool red shopping bags

Bought 2 fish fries tonight. Have had this fish at this location before and have always enjoyed it. Not tonight. We got overcooked dry fish with burnt beer batter. Couldn't eat it. If i made this at home it would have been thrown out and remade.Even the potato pancakes were overcooked. Bothe the cook and the server need retraining.

Date of visit: October 18, 2023 I've never really understood the fascination and reverence that some folks seem to have for Sendik's, I've always found their stores to be narrow and over-priced with this outlet in Greenfield not straying from that pattern. My husband really likes their apples and since we found ourselves on this side of town, hit up this location for some Granny Smith's. I did look through some other areas of the store while he perused the pommes in the produce section and outside of some dark chocolate candy bars, there wasn't anything that really caught my eye. Folks rave about their service, but the checkout interaction wasn't any different (fair to middling) from any other grocery store, so I remain to be mystified about what all the Sendik's fuss is about.

Do not shop here very rude employees with no education in customer service. Store manager also lacks the ability to lead the team. Sale signs are not in the system and staff even after confirming item is on sale do not have the training to fix a pricing issue. Also found mold on cheese that was on shelf. Charged for lobster that was not put into bag.

Always amazed at how clean this location is. Has everything I am looking for. And staff is always friendly. They always have the local brands I am looking for. And their prices are not too bad at all.

*Love* it here. Unique and great selection. Awesome Deli. Carpeting! Luxe. Absolutely delightful finely curated retail section (which reminds me of a slice of Anthropologie in a grocery store). A welcome upgrade of the typical grocery store shopping experience.

Never been here. Just did a walkthrough. (Waiting for spouse). Pricey. Would shop for specific sale items. Great selection of products. Large liquor area.

Personal shoppers always make the best choices, especially produce. I'm unable to move around the store freely so I depend on them. And I'm never disappointed.

I realize in the grand scheme of things, this isn't important, but their sushi just wasn't good. I don't mean it was unsafe to eat or anything, it just wasn't good. The rice was hard and fell apart. It didn't really taste like sushi rice either. I stopped eating after a couple of pieces because of the rice. Also, there was very little pickled ginger and the chop sticks were so full of splinters I couldn't use them.

Deli, meat counter, and bakery department are top notch. They have workers back there to actually service you. Who knew? Not Pick n Save that's for sure.

As I long time and loyal Sendiks customer spending $100+/week I am very disappointed today. In April I purchased a little over a pound of “fresh” shrimp in the seafood dept. It was packed on a styrofoam tray and wrapped in butcher paper. As soon as I arrived home, I transferred the shrimp to a Zip Lock freezer bag. Today I wanted to defrost the shrimp for dinner. Once defrosted it smelled awful, it was spoiled. I did not save the receipt. I did partially save the label, with the date, the cost per lb ($14.99), and amount purchased (1.15 lbs which = $17.24 total). Customer Service refused to issue me a refund or a store credit without the receipt, or a complete bar code. The partial label clearly indicated this was purchased at Sendiks with other clarifying info! I didn’t appreciate the Customer Service’s defensive attitude regarding store policy and telling me I should have saved the receipt. Seriously! I don’t save grocery receipts after verifying they are correct. Sorry Sendiks, I expected better. Might want to review your store policy when there is adequate proof of purchase, and exercise greater caution when selling spoiled seafood.
