If I could give 6 starts for the customer service I would. Mychaela WAS AMAZING, her knowledge helped us find the perfect option for our needs. She had the answers to all our questions we left feeling happy and confident in our choice! If you’re questioning getting a sleep number, do it and see Mychaela!!

Stay away from this company. I bought a classic mattress, did not like it so I arranged a pick up along with the delivery of my new mattress the Luxe. I told them that I was disabled and I need someone to bring it upstairs. They did not listen to me and dropped the bed outside my house. I called them and they would not help at all. I told them I can’t walk… they didn’t care. This is a Bush League company that couldn’t care less about you. Please run from this company ! they do not know how to do business. Any company that would throw a bed outside of a disabled person‘s home is not The kind of company you wanna deal with.

Working with some damage caused by delivery and removal. Called salesperson to report. He called back and said the delivery guys did not remember doing anything. I will give a chance to resolve. If not, I will post full detail of experience.Given the 800 phone number to give more information the prompt said the number could not be completed as dialed. This presently seems like a worm hole of BS to get any action. Beware.

Our experience at the Greenfield Sleep number Store was great! Olivia, our sales representative was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and super friendly. She gave us all the information we needed and allowed us time to have a conversation and make a decision. I would highly recommend anyone buying a mattress to see Olivia!!

It was my first time inside a Sleep Number store. Carey was fantastic, very patient and informative. She made several recommendations and also looked for options to fit my budget. I truly appreciated everything she helped me with. Would definitely recommend it.
