Bad beds, bad customer service. Mattress already failed completely and not honored by limited warranty. Still never got the bed legs they forgot. Would have to buy them apparently. Set up was bad and not on time. Just dropped off in driveway. Had to go to store to demand set up. Washing hands clean from this company. Never again.

I don't drive or get around much and the young lady that helped me with my purchases did it all for me and was very understanding of my situation and I would like to thank her for the great service.

My fiancée and I went in to the store on a Saturday to browse around and look at some beds. In no way were we planning on purchasing one. We were greeted immediately by the store manager Carey. When she was done introducing herself, I kind of stated right away that we were just looking and only had about twenty minutes or so to look around. Carey was super understanding of our time and wanted to give us the best experience she could in the time allotted. She asked us a few questions to see where we were at with our current bed and what kind of expectations we were looking to get out of a new bed. From there she showed us a few options but ultimately brought us to the main bed to help us generate what our "Sleep Number" would be. My fiancée and I were having such a great time with Carey, we blew past our 20 minute time frame. Carey kept making sure we were okay to proceed as she knew our time was limited. By this time, we were hooked, not just from the beds, but from the warm, friendly and caring personality Carey was exhibiting. Never in a thousand years were we expecting to get a new bed, especially a Sleep Number, but here we were now two hours later signing paperwork and setting up our appointment for our new bed!I just want to say that Carey is by far the greatest sales person we have had the pleasure to work with. Not once did she exhibit standard behaviors of your typical "car salesman" but instead was more of a caring friend who just wants to see you experience the best there is. She was more concerned with our time, comfort and understanding than she was with making a sale, and it showed.We have now had our new Sleep Number bed for a little under a week but I have to say that I have noticed a MASSIVE difference in my sleep quality and reduction of back pain. I highly recommend one to anyone who is willing to invest in their sleep well being!

We purchased our sleep number with Carey and could not have asked for a better experience. She took her time getting to know us ,answering all our questions while making it fun, and was respectful of our time as well ensuring she would be able to help us if we were limited on time. We initially came in only looking and ended up by the end of our visit walking out with a new bed. A few weeks later after we got our new bed we had a few questions and headed over to see Carey and she was just as polite and amazing to work with as she was when we first bought our bed, it was almost like going to see a new friend. The customer service world could learn a few things from Carey and I will be recommending anyone needing a new bed to her, as i know they will be in good hands. Thank you Carey :)

Came into the store for a set of plugs to diagnose a leak in our 15 yr old bed and left with a new bed. Olivia was wonderful. She helped us get a good deal.Love Sleep Number beds.

Been using their products for about 2 years now. It took a while to get used to at first. But I sleep better, longer and can find nearly any position to get comfortable in.

Be ready for the full sales pitch style of interaction. Not a fan of the unnecessarily complicated app control of firmness. Their sheets and pillows are overpriced. You can buy a pure 800 thread count goose pillow for what they charge on an objectively inferior product.**** They'll let you know right at the end that their adjustable mattress base will work on ANY mattress, not just theirs. I noticed this was brought up quietly after we had decided on a mattress. They do not volunteer this information up front. ***Just felt mildly sketchy/pushy overall, but it's a good product.

We were greeted by Olivia with a smile. She was very helpful and did not pressure us at any time and made sure that if at any time we had a question and that is answered to our satisfaction. Same for when we decided to purchase All in all, she made it a very pleasant experience for us.

Had a great experience with Carey when we went in to "test" the mattresses. We had narrowed in on a Sleep Number and possibly another brand or two. But Carey's pleasant experience and low pressure tactics allowed us to easily make a decision on the spot and buy a new Sleep Number. Looking forward to our new mattress in just a couple weeks.

Defective.Although we received a defective mattress that kept losing air and had to return they kept $200 for shipping/return fees.I've heard plenty others experience defective ones as well as and to make $200 off selling a defective product is ridiculous....Nice response...??

DO NOT BUY A BED FROM THIS COMPANY! They do NOT stand up for their customers who purchase very expensive products from them.We had our new bed delivered on Friday. We received an email Thursday afternoon that they were arriving between 5-8pm. Friday at 8pm they still were not at the house. We had no text or email status. After calling the store they arrived at 8:30 pm. When they were in our bedroom we could tell they reeked of skunky Marijuana. After they left we discovered that they had stolen a very sentimental pandora charm bracelet. This was very special. It had charms representing my Deceased Dad and charms from my Daughter on an overseas Mother/Daughter trip that can't be replaced. We called the police immediately and filed a report. The next morning we went to the store and spoke to the manager who assured us she will move this complaint up in the company and they will contact us immediately to resolve this issue. The police officer also contacted the store for the names of the delivery team so further investigation can be done. It has now been 5 days and neither us or the police officer has been contacted. While we aren't sleeping well these men are entering more houses and stealing from others. We believe we should be acknowledged and looking for restitution for our loss and stress behind this matter.
