I would never go back if I didn't have to. The lady gave me the wrong item after I repeatedly told her the name and design. Then after going back and showing her a photo of exactly what I wanted, she again gave me the wrong product. Not to mention, when I went back the first time, there was a sign on the door saying "back in 5 minutes" so I'm assuming she was in the back getting high. Every time I walk in, I can't look around for 5 seconds before she says "what can I get you?" No chance to browse. There is no other explanation for this level of ignorance. Nice place, terrible employee. I won't return after I go get the right vape they still owe me!

I bought a brand new vape on 1025 2022 does not charge they will not give me a Refund or exchange it because he says it's not the one that they sold me Employee is very rude Owner is very rude I will not spend another dime in that place and I suggest you people that go there do not do it too can not use a vape that is not even a month old out 51.79 thanks for ripping customers off

Was told I couldn't come in even though the sign says open and the hours say you're open. It was 6pm why would you be "closed" I noticed he let this blonde girl in when I walked away. Do you guys only let people in that you want inside your store? Don't you want money??? Very discriminating

I came here to purchase a pen battery, and some cbd. Their products didn’t verify on the vendor website and their pen batteries were poor quality. I do not know where they get their products from or if the labels are homemade!? Do not trust this place.

I thought these guys were cool, they sold me a broken pen battery (for 70$ after tax) . Then I brought it in and they exchanged it, for yet again ANOTHER broken pen battery. The screws fell out after a week of having it. After spending over 300$ on several weeks on a mix of different things in the store, the owner told me he could give me “5$ off a 10$ purchase” even though he sold me broken merchandise several times. They are nice until you ask them to stand behind the products they sell, then all of a sudden it’s a “store policy” that there is no exchanges. Horrible experience, tainted the vibes of this place for good. GO TO SPHINX SMOKE SHOP! They are way better ?

Was lied to and told they didn’t and no other shop would sell the magnetic 510 thread adapter for vaporizers. All I needed was the replacement magnetic holder and they told me I would have to buy a whole new unit to get the piece. It’s my fault for not checking but I was in a rush. Something made me do a quick search in the parking lot and they are sold for 2 to 3 dollars at almost every retailer. Untrustworthy and shady… smh
