Willie was super kind and friendly! He helped me get a new screen protector and quickly applied it to my phone. In and out, no problems. I'm glad that this is my new neighborhood T-mobile! Thanks for the fast and friendly customer service!

A lot of deception goes on. When I first signed up. They never mentioned anything about not turning in my phone's or anything like that. So when I got everything switched over to them I ended up having to pay $1,600 to Verizon due to them making a mistake and they have yet to fix it.

How sad is to have to come to the same store for 3 months in a row and not get your issues solved. When I asked for the manager a day ago they said she was on PTO and today she is in a meeting until 5:00 pm. A meeting that last 4and a half hours?Their mistake not only cost money on the bill but on the wasted time every time I have to come and not get the issue resolved.

Kayla V took very good care of my friend and his wife today. Both received upgraded phones, and the conversion to them, as well as her Apple Watch, went amazingly!Highly recommend Kayla V to assist with your mobile needs!

Willie and Nisha were more than helpful and very patient. I was there a looong time getting a new phone and switching over data. They kept getting hit with rude customer after rude customer and maintained their cool. People don't deserve to be treated the way they were. They doing their job. Treat them how you would like to be. Excellent employees and an asset to T-Mobile.

This review is for one specific person- Marva Burton.When sprint merged to tmobile we had an awful experience trying to get new phones that were compatible with 5G.The notice we got about our sim cards being shut off sounded like a scam - a phone call telling us they wanted to give us brand new phones and can they have our information to get the process started - so we ignored it, but turns out it was sprint and our sim cards were turned off leaving us without a working phone.Doing anything without a phone these days is nearly impossible and when we called sprint customer service to get new phones they shipped them to an address we no longer lived at without confirming anything with us.It was a nightmare, we had people coming from out of town we had no way to get in touch with, and had no way to get in touch with Sprint or T Mobile beyond the "chat" feature on the website which was filled with people who gave conflicting information and all around had no idea what they were talking about.I ended up going to this sprint location and Marva was there because her store was being remodeled. I cannot express how grateful I am she was there. She was so helpful, let me use her phone, actually got me the correct phone number to cancel the original phone order and was incredibly kind and patient during the process of cancelling the phone order- which took nearly 2 hours.She then get us set up with new phones quickly and I was able to leave with a working phone after a week of hassle.You are incredibly lucky to have her as an employee.Thanks so much again, Marva.

I tried transferring my AT&T Business line phones numbers to t-mobile and AT&T made it unbelievably impossible. I was lucky to have a wonderful gentleman named Willie assistant me on doing this. Willie jumped through all the hoops and loops being tied up on the phone with them but in the end we gave up. I settled for new numbers from t-mobile because dealing with AT&T any longer would just make everyone's life miserable. I appreciate his patience, hard work and awesome personality that made this is experience at least tolerable. He's knowledgeable on how the process works and what needed to be done, I hope T-Mobile knows and appreciates the kind of employee Willie is. Good workers are hard to come by nowadays and your fortunate to have someone like him working for this company.

I went to t-mobile store on W Layton - 76th street o get a new sim card as my phone was stolen. David and his female colleague went out of the way by talking to t-mobile customer support and helped me get a new sim card. Great support. Thank You

I upgraded my WiFi to T-Mobile and couldn’t be happier. Brandon helped me out- funny, pleasant and friendly. Very knowledgeable about coverage, plan info and device specifics. I had to call the store once home to set up and he walked me through it and waited to make sure I was set before ending the call. You can’t get customer service like this elsewhere! Thank you so much for your patience and help!

Was very hesitant coming to t-mobile before I came here... I've previously had bad experiences at other stores. but Brandon the assistant manager greeted me before I could even get my second foot in the door ! Right away I felt welcomed and he took care of me because they were extremely busy. I can honesty say this is the BEST t-mobile store I've ever been too! He's very knowledgeable and Very nice ! I will be bringing my business here and family here. THANK YOU BRANDON ?

I came to discuss my bill and options for upgrades and Brandon (assistant manager) went above and beyond to help me with my bill and he ended up saving me a lot on my bill and it took him a long time to sort through everything but he was so patient and kind - this tmobil staff is the best I love coming here

Everyone was very nice and helpful but it took way to long to get new phones. We were there for 5 hours.
