It's just OK compared to Washington County (best is Slinger) and Waukesha County stores (next best is Pewaukee). But, still a good service to the community even if we didn't find anything at this store.

Great store. Nice and clean. I had lost my glasses and they were kind enough to call me when they found them. They have a huge walker and walking cast/boots. Not to mention furniture.. where GW doesn't carry any more

This is a thrift store that does not feel like you're Thrifting. You walk in the door and you immediately see a seasonal display. Then you see dishes that are arranged like they used to at Boston store. It feels like you are shopping a higher and Staur. Everything is clean everybody that works. There is so friendly and nice.

The man at the donation port was arguing with me because I stepped out of my car. I understand they have signs saying stay in your car. but I didn't see him arguing with man in the truck in front of me or the woman behind me. I have small kids in the car. Why would I want a strange person reaching into my vehicle? Guess goodwill is getting my stuff today.

Most organized thrift store I’ve ever seen & I love thrift shopping! Even tiny items are well displayed. Therefore, so easy to shop & come across great finds! Also, ADA accessible.

I do like how organized everything is there but it's overpriced. I went to goodwill then came here and found alot of the same stuff but here it was 3x the price.

By far the nicest thrift store I have ever been in! From the smell of fresh kettle corn to the mega neat, tidy, super organized shelves it was a pleasure to shop and much more fun and having items displayed so nicely and not jammed and crammed onto shelves..A+ for effort to staff! The book section looked like a Barnes & Noble! Can't wait to go back!

The staff is nice and welcoming. I like the employees, and the way the store is organized. I've been reading the negative reviews, and can't help but laugh at their flawed logic for why they don't like the store... A+++ The employees always greet me with a smile.

Thank for making me feel so uncomfortable today. Places like these are some of the few places I can afford anything so I wanted to treat myself to something nice today since I had a little extra funds. They had old wall decor that still had the original goodwill tag on for 25.99. Then they tore that off and were trying to sell it for 60 bucks. But that wasn’t my biggest nonsense that happened. I told the cashier I understand she’s not in charge of pricing but could we try a manager to see if we can honor the original sale price (which I always friggin do) and she rolled her eyes at me then called a manager on her little walkie talkie and said “we have a customer asking about a painting *sigh* I’m not sure what she’s complaining about”. Let that roll off wasn’t about to let that toot my horn so I tried helping with all the heavier items to scan in the mean time while we wait. While this is going on another cashier stood behind me arms crossed staring me down. Manager #1 came out and I pointed out the tags and he of course agreed and wasn’t sure so he’d have to ask the GM. GM finally comes up to the stand rolling his eyes and walking like he has an issue before starting the conversation. This is what he says, “we price our items based on eBay and the market that’s not our sale price to honor that’s goodwills” and “we price it that way because we clean up the items and place them in the show room”. I said “not this one you didn’t there’s gunk all over the glass and the frames destroyed as well as dust all over it”, meanwhile, 5 staff members are standing just staring at me listening to the conversation and making gestures, as if me asking for the ORIGINAL PRIOR THRIFT STORE TAG PRICE is effecting their salary. I was then told “well that’s our price take it or leave it it’s 50% off already (which is still more than the goodwill store tag price” I told him “alright might as well lol” and he slaps the sides of his legs in a tantrum and storms off. I asked the cashier after I checked out if I could leave the cart by the door so I could grab my van and she didn’t even look me in the face and said “I don’t care NEXT” screw you! The fact I had probably half the staff staring me down almost bullying was discusting behavior. Great job being a “community 501c3” thank you for being so “welcoming” to me

Tona and Angie are running a fantastic store. The staff members are ready to help and prices are reasonable. No problems with my shopping experience.

Great store but noticed cameras above the fitting room. Not sure if the camera captures the inside but kind of weird.
