I ordered Reiker sneakers, they came very quickly and I love them. They are so comfortable, I’m going to save them for spring as they have pastel colors on them.

The service was outstanding. It had the kind of shoe I needed not just wanted. I plan to go back in a couple of months and buy another pair. I also plan to bring a family member who needs a quality shoe. I had gone to the Good Feet store and they wanted over $2000. Stan's got me fitted properly for one payment of Good Feet's 18 month plan. Thanks Stan's!!!

Poor recommendation by Sales rep. Shoe size changed by one and a half sizes. Would not accept exchange after having worn shoes for about a week. $140.00 lost due to poor recommendation and unwillingness to stand by exchange policy.Update: Contacted by Stan's. Encouraged to return for exchange of shoes. Upon return, Alyssa and Kevin reviewed my initial purchase and reassessed sizing. Decided on a different shoe which fit my feet better and in line with Alyssa and Kevin's recommendations. Very happy the misunderstanding was cleared up. I am amazed at the knowledge Alyssa and Kevin have related to shoe technology and fitting specifics. Stan's will continue to be our "go to" store for shoes going forward. Thank you all very much!

I ordered a pair of Ecco's a week ago from Stan's, the price was great, a much better deal then the local stores. The order came quick which took away any inconvenience of not purchasing from a local store. Will definitely be ordering from Stan's in the future.

I waited 15-20 minutes for the glendale store manager to help me He started to help me, then a "better" customer came in and he passed me off to another employee ( who was very pleasant) but was definitely not as knowledgeable. I was insulted, both my daughter and my sister buy shoes here I will tell everyone I see how rudely I was treated. I did end up buying 2 pairs of shoes, but I won't be back

Their “up to 50% sales” rack can be misleading depending on what shoes you get. All sales off of the clearance rack are final and non-refundable which they won’t tell you at check out. You’re better off buying some New Balance shoes that were on sale next door for $50 then some off brand shoes that were $90.

A bigThank you goes out to Michelle at the Greenfield location. I haven't had that kind of personal shoe service since Heckers in WFB was around. Michelle took her time with me, measured my feet, picked the best shoe for me from my selections. She even taught me the proper way to lace my shoes and told me to always untie my shoes before taking them off. Lol. Michelle had a smile on her face the whole time, even though she was training a new employee. I can definitely see why the store would have her train. Michelle was amazing. I can't wait to need new shoes again. ;)

I went to Stan's in Glendale to find both walking shoes and sandals for my very difficult-to-fit feet. I had the good fortune to have Greg wait on me. He carefully measured my feet and listened to my concerns regarding fit. He presented me with several options, and I feel lucky to have found a comfortable pair of walking shoes. Although the sandals were a different story, Greg told me that he would contact other locations to find the color and size I needed. By the time I returned home from my errands, I had a message from Greg regarding the sandals. Greg was pleasant, personable, and proficient. Thank you, Greg, for your expertise and your follow through!

We ordered a pair of shoes on Tuesday because they did not have the color my son wanted in his size. The guy told us the shoes would probably be here by Thursday, and definitely within a week. I called on Saturday afternoon, and after sitting on hold on the phone for a half hour, we were told they forgot to put in the order. This is a big problem because the reason we came in was because my son blew out a hole in his shoe and has been walking around with a hole in his shoe. And that's why I asked about how long it would be to get the new shoes, because I didn't want to order a shoe that would take a long time to arrive, because my son needs shoes right away. The manager had nothing to offer me for this mistake but an apology. I am furious. This is a big deal to be walking around for a week with a huge hole in your shoe thinking your shoes are coming any day and then being treated like, whoops! Oh well. And being left on hold for a half hour.

We visited recently because they had a pair of shoes that I really wanted. The shoes were expensive but I didn’t care because I really wanted them. But, we had to take a number and wait for someone to help us. There were several people before us and we were probably looking at an hour wait. My time is valuable and I could not sit and wait to try on a pair of shoes - no matter how badly I wanted them. So, we left and went down the street to a different store where I didn’t have to take a number. I found a nice pair of shoes at the other store and purchased them. I saved some money but more importantly I saved time.
