Great place but hard to get your membership canceled. Been getting charged for the past 3 months, wrote emails and left voicemails yet no response. Be ware of membership if you want to stay away from the headache of cancelling it. Hope some one reaches out after reviewing my review.

The $29.99 includes undercarriage and tire shiner.If you are like me in the winter, I wash my car usually every 2-3 days to keep salt from damaging it this is a huuuuuuge money saver!! Especially when you factor in the free air for your tires and the free vacuums.In addition! There is a fully sealed and heated dog wash room that for $5.00 you get water, an industrial dog washing stainless steel angled drainable as you wash tub and dog treats for your dog as you clean him or her.Make sure to bring your own towels.Overall a must do if you love a clean car!!

The best car wash!! I signed up monthly and it worth every penny! Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would never take my car to any other car wash.

Niki did a really great job explaining the monthly plans and I have been putting it off but it really makes sense especially living in Wisconsin. Tsunami ALWAYS makes may car look great including the tires!!!

Conner helped me out at the gate. Awesome, and friendly. I appreciate the answers to the questions I had. Car came out nice and clean. I'll be renewing my membership there at the end of the month.

I love how beautiful the car looks!! I do the ceramic 40 dollar a month plan. Lady at the front was such a help as well.

This car wash is horrible. It has scratched 2 of my 3 vehicles in multiple places, ripped a tan-no cover, damaged wiper blades, and NOTHING is being done. They told me to contact my insurance company ?⁉️ I filed a claim on line with Tsunami and followed up repeatedly, no response. Finally a month later I get a response saying claim has to be filed on-site. Joseph on-site in Greenfield said NOT my problem! No customer care or concern what so ever. Could it be the garbage from the back of trucks that flies all around during the wash and dry cycle?? Joseph just walked away.

I come to this location a few times a few. Always a smiling face from the employees. Value is great and always speedy service. Plus you're guaranteed to always find some loose change on the ground while vacuuming out your car

Is being about 6 months using this car wash and all I can say is that the place is great but only one big issue, they definitely need to address one employee attitude towards us the customers. Keep in mind that we the customers are the soul of the business without us employees don’t get paid and the way this male employee behaves is like we are bothering him in a big way. I’m super sick of his attitude perhaps is time to go to another place.

Establishment is very clean. Car wash is excellent. There are always workers ready and willing to help you. Vacuums are free and they have over 20 stations. They are very powerful and are better than any gas station vacuum out there. Inside the car wash they have over ten spinning rubber machines that clean every spot on your car. There is a sign with a guarantee if your car is not clean you can go again for free! Can't beat that! There is also a pet wash room, but I have not gone inside.
