Stephan was very knowledgeable and helpful. I went to four other locations to get the screen protector replaced on my Z Fold 4 and they all told me that it couldn't be done. Stephan had this replaced in ten minutes and it looked like a new phone. I highly recommend stopping in and having Stephan help you with all of your repair needs.

Great Experience! The staff was so friendly and kind. The manager made an exception ( I showed up closer to closing) and fixed my screen quickly. I purchased a screen protector so hopefully I will not be back, but would highly recommend!

Called about two different devices in the past year and they NEVER have the pieces to fix my devices. Business is supposed to be a certified Samsung repair service but has no parts to fix anything but a phone or tablet and not monitors. Steam also claims that they are a certified repair partner but once again DOESNT HAVE ANY PARTS TO FIX ANY STEAM DEVICES and was told to call around. So why is this company claiming to be certified repair service partners to these brands when the employees when called to ask about a price will tell you I can’t fix it because they dont know how to ( once again they claim they are CERTIFIED repair partners) and they don’t have the parts. They need to remove or tell the companies that they clearly lied to that they cannot fix their product and to stop giving people false hope about their devices getting fixed because they would rather tell you to find someone else then to even TRY to fix it. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Friendly service, that's all I can say unfortunately they weren't able to repair my daughters nintendo switch lite , kinda defeats the purpose of getting the insurance plan if nothing could be done about it. I dont understand the point of paying monthly for the insurance if when I get the system back and it still doesn't work. Is the insurance worth it.....so far no. Took a week to find out it can't be repaired. Am I happy, no but I understand something just can't be repaired

The gentleman was extremely helpful. I am so used to getting bad service. I just left the AT&T store and the lady was rude and unhelpful. So, my expectations were extremely low. To my surprise, he was so helpful. Not only did he resolve the problem, but he even stayed a little later to help me install my new liquid screen protector. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

I bought a new tablet and needed help transferring the data from my old tablet to the new one. Your techs did a wonderful job helping me do that and explaining the new features to two senior citizens with little experience with new technology. Thanks for your patience.

I'm only giving this a thumbs up since the insurance made my fix free otherwise I'd probably be putting a thumbs down. First the time it quoted me it would take to fix it and the time the employee told me were two totally different times. It quoted me 2 hours and the store employ told me 4 to 6 hours. I had my day planned around this since I need my phone for my job. But regardless I needed my phone fix. Secondly your employees when asked how the fix is going shouldn't be telling your customers every 5 minutes "it'll be another 10 - 15 minutes" for an hour and a half straight. Unfortunately I had to arrive late to work since it took from 1030 am to 301 pm to get my screen fixed. And since I had no other way to get my phone I had to bite the bullet for this. So how likely am I to recommend UBreakIFix to someone its highly unlikely.
