If I could do 0/5 for Mortgage Loans I absolutely would. My partner and I almost lost the house we were going to close on last April due to our loan officer not being able to provide our loan time and time again. Our closing date kept pushing back and even the day of closing I had to call THEM to ask where the final documents were. I worked third shift and would get called randomly, despite them knowing, for documents to be re-sent even though I had sent them already months ago. Ultimately we had to beg our sellers to give us more time so we could switch to another Mortgage Loan Business because I was DONE with dealing with this nonsense. With that new place our loan was provided within 2 weeks with no blood sweat or literal TEARS. Words can't express how awful my experience was trying to buy a home here. I'm not sure if it is the company as a whole, but the loan officer I worked with to this day still makes my blood boil. I won't say her name for her sake.

We would like to open an account. they asked for an approved address we show all come from the mail all with approved names but no bill mails ( she said no you can not ) from the-counter 3 place she is also Asia (Indian woman) she talk the way and looked us racial discrimination that is so bad for human rights and freedoms. I like US Bank I had my account in our bank I like they are product which is why I request all my friends to go open an account with US Bank but today I was so disappointed

I had an ATM jam and NOT give me 300$. It was reported immediately and I still do not have MY money and have spent hours on the phone being transfered hundreds of times. How is this an acceptable business practice? I have been banking wth them for ten plus years and this will be the last straw. Never is an issue resolved without a headache....update, now over a week and I still have NOT received my 300$ every other day I have spent no less than 40 minutes on the phone. I have been told they would call me back 3x now, nothing! Absolutely ridiculous ?

Needed to deposit money into my business account urgently! I dislike running around with this much cash on me! I get to the window, (drive-thru) the teller is apparently having a bad day and is just rude! I asked if she could run my money through the money counter just to make sure I had what I thought because when dealing with big numbers the u.s. bank that I have worked with always run it through the money counting machine. She told me no very rudely, and said that I should know exactly what I have in there already and that they do not have a machine.... So I was going to sit there and count it all out but there was a lot I did not want to deal with her at all anymore! I drove off and went to a different bank. I will do no business with this Branch ever again!!!!

So disappointed from customer service when we are sitting waiting and two people walk in and got served just just in 15 minutes with no appointment because know him!! I had 9 years with USbank and it seems it’s the time to find different one and i am in the branch because their useless feature in their app which is deposit a check took 9 days with no confirmation or fund.

Understaffed. Lines are super long and there’s just one teller every time I go there. It takes over an hour to get any banking needs done, regardless of going inside or using the drive through.

Love my local US Bank branch that is only two blocks away! So convenient! Has a drive through and a time machine. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

States online open until noon on Saturday yet apparently lobby is always locked and their lobby is only open until noon for appointments. Everything must be done via drive thru which, as many have stated, is a complete nightmare with wait times easily 15-45 minutes. Pretty wild. So either the majority of people visiting this branch are coming to the drive thru unprepared/slower than the average bear, there is a continuous staffing shortage even though the lobby is closed minimizing covid risk, or there are some training deficiencies...
